Location could not be better - central Ashland - a couple blocks from everything. The host was great! The house slept 6 people easily. Dog friendly!! The house is a little funky - bouncy floor, door off hinge, no cutting board or pot holders - but overall was very comfortable and would 100% stay again. The location, literally can not be beat.
Loved the proximity to the Shakespeare Festival, downtown restaurants . Lithia Park and shopping: the grocery store was super close. We literally could walk everywhere! Host was great also.

Thank you so much Molly!! Means a lot to our family! Please comeback and visit us again!!
It was a lovely location with a great central area for family to hang out. Perfect for visitors and to get around town. The kitchen was great, but would’ve liked some drapes, even sheer ones on the window there. It did have a drape pole so maybe at one point? The bathroom shower was a little funky, but we got used to it. The area around the house was not well kept and at one point there was a homeless person hanging out outside the kitchen window.

Hi Laurie! Thank you so much for the feedback! We definitely loved you staying with us! We will definitely add some curtains or sheers for more privacy! Sorry about the homeless wandering back there, in Oregon sometimes that happens, it your feedback is absolutely valuable and we take that to heart! Hope you made it home safely!
Our family was in Ashland for a memorial/celebration of life. What could have been a fraught and emotional weekend, was comforted by host Eugene Tabingo, who made us feel most welcome. Thanks to his care, the home was clean and comfortable and a perfect fit for our 4 adults and 1 teen.
My family of 5 adults very much enjoyed our stay. The house has 3 bedrooms, and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. It was easy to communicate with the owner (we couldn't initially find all of the towels). The best part is the location. It is a short walk to the theaters, restaurants and the superb grocery shopping at the food coop. It met all of our needs. Thank you!
Cute little house int the perfect location! A quick walk to restaurants, shops, and the show, it was great to be so close to downtown. The living area is on the small side, but three adults and three teens slept comfortably between the three bedrooms, and we all had room to gather and play games in the living room and build a few puzzles around the kitchen table. There were a few rough edges where it seemed like the remodel was still underway, and the kitchen was light on cooking supplies, but we made due and will definitely be back!
Location is fabulous! Walk to theaters, shopping, restaurants. Lots of parking in front of house. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds and living room had good seating with large tv. The kitchen was funky and was sparsely stocked with cooking/serving items. We ate all meals out. House appears to be in process of remodel. Owner promptly returned our calls over minor issues.
First, the good news. Like many reviews have said, the location is great, no doubt. And the host was prompt answering all emails. The interior was clean. Sadly, the property did not live up to the photos. Garbage was scattered over the poorly maintained lawn on the side and in back. The exterior garbage can was overflowing. The interior was unfinished, lack of molding in places, and paint brush marks on the flooring. The closets had supplies jumbled in them making hanging clothes difficult. No screens on the windows, which isn’t that much of a problem except for the bedroom window next to the exterior stairs leading to the second floor. With the window open at night for fresh air, an intruder need only climb a couple of stairs to easily get in the window. Just did not feel safe. Although there is a washer/dryer available, it was full of bed sheets, which we presume were from the previous guests. The floor had a distinct slant. Walking from the bathroom to the front bedroom was so slanted in places it felt like one was walking on a boat deck. Finally, the lighting needed work. The small but fine living room had 9 ceiling lights, certainly more than one needed for a surgery or a basketball game. Yes, each row could be turned off, but having a single row of 3 lights was way too much for a quiet evening vibe. Overall, the place was over priced, it felt like funky student housing.

Hi Andrew, thank you so much for providing some feedback that will definitely help us improve and make those changes for you and future guest to have a great experience in our home. Sorry that these were some issues you had to face and hopefully we can make it up to you somehow. Yes, we did have some issues with the trash with the runners not doing it that week, I’ve gotten on them and they’ve been doing much better. But we will make those changes as soon as possible and we are still glad you came and stayed at our home.
