Nestled in the Wagner Creek Valley above Talent, this delightful house offers 4 cozy bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 room with 2 twin beds. With 2 full baths. The living room provides extra sleeping space with a day bed/trundle bed (2 twin beds). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, induction stove, outdoor gas BBQ. There is a small office in case someone has to have a quiet place to check in to work. A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, Sonos sound system in living room and kitchen. The house has a stair free entrance. Two outdoor patios from where you can enjoy 360 degree views of the mountains and vineyards of the Wagner Creek Valley. We have a level 2 EV charger for EV vehicles. We are 12 minutes from the Ashland Plaza, Lithia Park and the OSF, 5 minutes to downtown Talent, close to many Rogue Valley Wineries and bike trails.Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We live next door so will be close if you have any questions.
