Barnstable village home on a quiet dead end road. A backyard gate that opens to conservation lands. Spacious lawns, gardens, outdoor shower, butterflies, birds and open sky view. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a private pool, and yard in a two bedroom home.
Walk to village center, marina, Millway Beach, fishing charters, whale watch, Eco Tour, restaurants. Two Audubon sanctuaries within two miles in each direction on historic route 6A.
Each bedroom has blackout curtains, a bathroom, and are separated by a closed room. Central A/C, dated appliances.
Sorry no parties and no pets.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off A/C or set to 78 degrees, when leaving the house.
Text me when you leave
Please Use Plastic drink cups in coffee cabinet around the pool area. Please shower in outdoor shower when returning from the beach, and before entering the pool. This eliminates sand in the pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Someone will be by the house to clean the pool in the morning, as needed, as well as remove trash mid stay.
Firepits and wood burning devices are not allowed on this property.
No person or baby will sleep on the couch in the living room.

Pleasant Cape Cod stay

Host is friendly, enjoys greeting guests in person. House is spacious, good HVAC system. Some kitchen amenities are dated but working. Pool nice when weather is hot, not heated in cool weather. Quiet neighbourhood. 18 minute walk into Village for coffee, restaurants.

Home is as advertised. Nice, clean ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. While as others mentioned of some things being outdated such as the kitchen, everything worked as it should. It reminded me of visiting my grandparents house. Rob was very friendly and responsive. Barnstable Village is a small picturesque village and in a good location to everything. I would refer friends and family to stay here.

Beautiful Property on Cape Cod

We recently had an amazing vacation stay at this beautiful property with a gorgeous garden and pool oasis that was only minutes from the Cape’s most beautiful beaches and restaurants. From the moment we arrived the owner made us feel welcome and gave us a tour of the tranquil gardens, pool and patio that was immaculate, complete with a gazebo and backdrop of breathtaking flowers, lush woods and forestry. The home was clean, well maintained and invitingly charming with beautiful plates and glassware and lots of amenities that we greatly appreciated. The week we were there the weather was extremely hot so the central AC was a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to renting again next summer!
