We welcome Corporate Housing, Insurance Claims and Emergency Housing. Situated in a great location on a cul-de-sac, this temporary rental provides convenience and comfort. The house features three bedrooms, accommodating a total of 4 beds that holds 5 guests. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet with a mirror, and a dedicated workspace with a printer. Additional amenities include a flat screen T.V, a dresser, a private bathroom, two nightstands with USB plug-ins and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The second bedroom offers a full-queen-sized bed, a nightstand, a closet with a mirror and dresser, a ceiling fan, and a smart T.V. The third bedroom includes a double-sized bed, a nightstand, a closet with a mirror and dresser, a ceiling fan, and a smart T.V. The house offers two and a half bathrooms for your convenience. The master bedroom features dual sinks, storage, a toilet and a tub/shower combo. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon departure, Please make sure all (OPENED) food in refrigerator and (OPENED) food inside cabinets is discarded. Please wash any Pots, Pans, Dishes and Silverware that was used.
Please turn off all Lighting, Gas, AC/ Heating system before departure. Please place all Inside/outside furniture back in its original setting before checkout. Thank you
Please remove all pet (POOP) from around the front yard. Please place all Linen/ Towels in the laundry area. Safe Travels and we thank you again for choosing Hendersons Comfort Home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please no shoes on the carpet stairs. We have comp slips and shoe stand for your shoes. Additional pet can be negotiated before check-in (monthly fee)

Home Shopping In LasVegas

What a great place to stay. Everything to make one feel at home; the large screen tv was nice for evening viewing and the pool was perfect, just lovely for an early morning dip or evening outdoors with a cool beverage. Nice beach towels for the pool and a washer and dryer in the kitchen worked so nice to keep them fresh during the stay. A most comfy bed in the master and our guests said the others were great too! The master suite was large with double sinks, plenty of nice fluffy towels. And I loved the little desk for my computer that I travel with in the master suite. It was even stocked with paper for the printer that was provided. We want to stay again, we would buy the place, but it was not for sale!!

I’m leaving an honest review because when I first arrived, I felt like everything was labeled and a little too strict—almost like a hotel with “Big Brother” watching you. I’ll gladly admit I was completely wrong!Mr. Larry, the host, was absolutely phenomenal. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had a couple of things we weren’t completely happy with, and Mr. Larry had everything resolved within hours. His hospitality and responsiveness truly made our five-week stay a great experience.The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and easy freeway access. If I were to move to Las Vegas, this is an area I would absolutely want to live near.I actually wanted to extend my stay when my work assignment was extended, but unfortunately someone else had already booked the property. I had to find another rental, and I can honestly say it doesn’t come close to Mr. Larry’s hospitality.My only minor complaints are that dogs can’t use the backyard as a bathroom, although there is a nice gravel area in the front that worked well for us. I also wish the garage had been available during the summer—when it’s 118F outside, the car gets HOT!Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property. Great house, great location, and an even better host!

Hello and Good day. We thank you for your review and we would also like to respond to your minor concern. Upon booking with us we have certain rules just as any other Arbnb and Hotel. Which is stated on the Vrbo website before you booked with us. We are a (30) day minimum rental and our property is in (HIGH) demand due to our property's cleanliness, amenities, coziness and quite neighboring. Our backyard is an oasis for our guest and future guest to enjoy with our crystal clear pool, heated jacuzzi, palm trees and it being fully furnished. We are pet friendly and welcome pets with open arms, but we can not allow every pet owners pet to poop all over our backyard, for our guest and future guest safety and sanitation purposes. We give you our (ENTIRE) front yard and our cul-de-sac for your pet to relieve themselves (as stated on the website). We thank you again for staying with us and we thank you again for choosing Hendersons Comfort Home.
