Completely remodeled 3 bedroom home with open floor plan and HUGE island. New Pool and outdoor kitchen added in 2022. It's the perfect home for family and friends to reconnect.
Minutes from Fremont Street and the Las Vegas Strip in a quiet subdivision with easy access to freeways, shopping and all that Vegas has to offer.
I live just down the street and will interact as much or as little as guests like. My knowledge of "the hood" can come in handy. If you have a question, please ask.

We absolutely loved this house! Everything you need for an amazing stay. We were here with our girls for a dance competition and it was the perfect location away from the strip. Make sure you plan some down time to spend in the amazing pool and hot tub…that was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to Doug for quick communication as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Was such an amazing stay for a special occasion. Doug definitely is a great communicator and the house was listed exactly for what it was with a beautiful pool safe neighborhood, and great amenities. I will definitely recommend staying here for long weekends.

Great rental! Was not here for vacation but for work. Saved time and money staying here rather than the conference venue - and I definitely prefer the convenience of a home to a hotel room. Very well stocked home. Sparkling clean and fully functional pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Great new kitchen with huge island. Nice open kitchen/living layout for easy socializing. Good WiFi to work from home. Easy and nice host. Close to Vegas strip for entertainment. Would definitely return! Unless you have delivery, you’ll need a car for any groceries or supplies, but more than enough places deliver. Easy and enjoyable rental. Thanks!

House was very clean. Nice open floor plan. Pool was sparkling clean with plenty of out door seating and beach towels were provided. We met up family members from 3 different states and Las Vegas was an easy choice with reasonable airfares and lots of entertainment. This house was cozy and we were all comfortable lounging around and visiting. Yet close enough to the strip and downtown enjoy what Vegas has to offer when we ventured out.

Wonderful home and great host
