About this property
Historic Cottage on The Hill
Your Masters and Ironman home away from home. Situated in the heart of Summerville (“The Hill”), this historic cottage is a 3 mile drive to the Augusta National, a mile from Daniel Field and less than 4 miles from the Augusta Convention Center. Enjoy a walk among the rich historic architecture unique to the Hill or just relax by the outdoor propane fire pit. The home is not suitable for children or pets. This property is only available to non-smokers/non-vapers. A smart doorbell with a motion surveillance feature (exterior video and audio) is installed at the entry door and a security with 360 capability in the driveway. We’re in the process of making some minor upgrades (yay!) to the guest room (ready for Masters 2025) and covered patio to enhance the guest experience. A few photos will be updated in the winter of 2025.

About the host

An Augusta native excited to share my home during Masters Week and Ironman!
Why they chose this property
The Summerville Historic Neighborhood is a one of a kind showcase of many historic architectural designs. Even after losing so many 100-yr oak trees from Hurricane Helene, the area retains its southern charm and walkability!
