*Right in Cherry Grove, you will find bike, golf cart and moped rentals, plus a miniature golf course and several gift shops.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

*2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, great space.

*(must climb stairs to second floor)

* 2 queen beds, sleeps up to 4 guests

*Laundry room available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire unit.

*No mailbox for this location.

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

back patio has gapping holes where dog could get out, no grass in back mostly concrete. Remote fell in between couch and there was so much crumbs in between cushions, pictures displays things that were not in townhome, was missing a few things for use in the kitchen, mattresses were out of date and not comfortable, the host was very easy to stay in touch with it was close to pier for fishing place just needs more done for it.

However, I noticed that many of the issues you mentioned, such as the gaps in the back patio, crumbs between cushions, missing kitchen items, and the condition of the mattresses, were not brought to our attention during your stay. We always strive to ensure everything is in good condition and ready for our guests, and I regret that these concerns were not communicated earlier so we could address them promptly. Your feedback is valuable, and I will look into these matters to improve the experience for future guests. Comfy stay

The property was exactly as advertised. Photos are accurate and current. Home was clean and stocked with essentials for initial arrival. Parking was one space as advertised which worked well for my family as we were on motorcycles. Communication was excellent with owner/manager. Very quick responses with questions. Overall, a great experience. Hope to visit again.
