Updated & Clean, 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home w/large yard. Quiet private neighborhood. A Waterway community that is located on the Intra-coastal waterway, just a short drive from Ocean Isle Beach or Sunset Beach public beach/pier areas, and near Brick Landing Golf Club & Restaurant. A very short walk to relax & enjoy the views of the Intra-coastal waterway & wildlife. The home has a wrap-around deck w/2 sittings areas, a covered porch w/ceiling fan, and a large BBQ gas grill. A Large fenced back yard for pet area. A fully equipped kitchen (just bring the food), and a laundry room w/full sized washer & dryer. Wi-Fi Internet & Direct TV included. Parking for multiple cars or your boat in the driveway under the large carport. Pets considered (dog or cat). Click on MORE DETAILS for additional info.

BOOKING INFO - Guest will need to complete Rental Agreement and Pet Addendum prior to finalizing booking. Contact the owner to get the forms.

PET INFORMATION-
1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of: $120.00 /week or $20.00/night for the first pet. 2nd pet is $15/night.
2. Pets may not exceed 40lbs. (except for a "Qualified" Service Dog) - Larger Pets may be considered. Please ask the owner.

Security Deposit - A $250 dollar 100% refundable security deposit is required to book your stay.

Cleaning/Linen Fee - $150.00. Consists of cleaning at the end of your stay and use of the following: (Bed Sheets, Pillow Cases, Blankets, Towels, Mattress Covers and Pillow Protectors). You will also receive Paper Towels and Toilet Paper enough for 1 week. There is no daily maid service. Please be respectful of my home as you would your own.

We had a great week. There was a problem with previous renters not following instructions, but owners took care of it ASAP. The home was great for our little dog, quite comfortable sleeping, excellent kitchen, quiet neighborhood and very convenient.We would happily return.

Beach vacation small family with dog

We had a great stay at this property. It’s very clean and kids and pet friendly. The beds are comfortable and the tile and hardwood keeps it cool and clean. We enjoyed the walk with the dog through the neighborhood.

Quaint and Pet Friendly

The house is quaint and cute and is closely located to Calabash, OIB, and Sunset Beach. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs (who visited the beach for the first time during this trip)! The neighborhood is quiet as well. Overall, our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Relaxing & Comfortable

This is our 2nd year staying at this home and we have always enjoyed our stay as it is a very comfortable place to stay with a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We are just a short walk to the intercoastal waterway to sit on the docks and view nature at it's best. The neighbors are very friendly. A pleasant place to stay.

Much Needed Time Away

This little place was perfect for my much needed time away with one of my fur babies! The house was clean and very inviting. I had family members staying at Ocean Isle on the island and this home was just a short drive away from them. I loved the short walk down to the waterway. I would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful location close to the beach, golf, shopping and restaurants.

What a great vacation getaway. This home comes with s fully equipped kitchen, a wide paved driveway with a covered carport. The interior is updated , very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property as a place to spend s vacation at the beach. Tim owner/host is quick to respond to questions and will insure that your stay is trouble free!

The issues we had were, there were no instructions on TV as far as what they were subscribed to. Hard to navigate through to figure out what we had to watch. Other they should address was roaches in main room, both bedrooms, and even in a couple kitchen cabinets! Yuck!

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for our furbaby with the fenced-in backyard. Just know you can't take your furbaby to the beach since they can't be in the public accesses to the beach.

Pleasant and comfortable

The home was perfect for my family. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and only a few minutes drive to the beach. The location was perfect! So much better than a cramped hotel. Taking our dog was one of the greatest things. Tim was so responsive and helpful. This was undoubtedly the best Ocean Isle vacation we've had. Would recommend this to anyone looking to be in a quiet area within minutes to all the activity of town.

GREAT SPOT FOR RELAXING VACATION!!!

My wife & our beloved dog Charlie stayed at this location for a 3 week stay. It is located in a friendly quite neighborhood very close to beaches & great restaurants. The house comes equipped with everything you need for cooking & fun. The home comes with access to a dock on the causeway that is just beautiful. We sat on the dock watching the boats go by & the sunsets are incredible. If you fish, its a great spot for fishing as we could see the fish jumping in the water. Tim is a very reachable host & will address any concerns that you have. In short, a GREAT place to stay.

We loved you little house. It is in a great neighborhood, very friendly neighbors and you had almost everything we needed for our dog, crate, towels, fenced in yard, and even bowls. That is less items I needed to pack. I recommend the linen package as that was less we needed to pack as well and the extra cost wasn't huge. We all slept like babies on the mattresses and the kitchen table was large enough for everyone to sit at once. We would definitely come back.

Short visit

Nice quiet neighborhood. Chose this place because we could bring our boat and we had easy access to the ICW. The host was always accessible and was always nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay simply for the water access. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The other thing that would be helpful are instructions on how to operate the TV and a list of channels. TV never worked well at all. Also, cleaning person should be sure before checkin that the house doesn’t smell bad. It took two days to get a fish smell out. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you

Loved the house upon arrival, especially because we had 3 small dogs and the house was well equipped. Unfortunately, within the first 5 hours we found 3-4 cockroaches, the power went out and the internet stopped working. The owner responded well during the day, but I needed to call VRBO support once he stopped responding. The owner did however say he would give a full refund, which we our currently in the process of receivin, but so far we’ve gotten back at least 75% of our refund. I do believe VRBO owes us the other 25% so not much the owner can do.

Will never be using Vrbo again!

The house was nice. Wasn’t cleaned. Cockroaches or as the owner would call them palmetto bugs. But if you google palmetto bugs it’s simply another word for cockroaches. I asked the owner if I could have a refund because of this and he originally said yes. Come to find out days later after the reservation ended it was based on his inspection of his property. He never got back to me stating I could come back and stay for the remainder of my reservation (not that I would have) but knowing I was going to be charged for it anyways I would have. The pictures I have and the messages via the owner/his house are terrible.

Anniversary/Wedding getaway

Wonderful location...very peaceful and quiet, very cozy...was great for our dog and I love to fish,so it was very convenient to have a pier to fish on...loved not having to keep up with a key to property...absolutely loved it and would love to rent again!

Perfect home away from home!

Very clean, accommodating home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking down to the pier each night watching the boats. Everything was as described. We will definitely return!
