Enjoy this fourth-floor 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom oceanfront condo! Located on the fourth floor of Sea Colony's Brandywine House building with step-free access using the building elevators, this condo offers easy access to the Promenade, the beach, and a partial view of the beach from the condo. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space, along with a garage locker with beach chairs. This excellent condo sleeps up to 6 people with the bedroom, and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
