Escape to the Delaware Coast in this Ocean Front 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo! Located on the sixth floor of Sea Colony's Chesapeake House building (elevators and stair access available), this condo offers spectacular views from the balcony and from inside the condo. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space. 603 Chesapeake House also has a pull out sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

We loved the location and will definitely be back. Best property we’ve stayed at through all beaches we visited. Only complaint was getting in the unit for the first time. Had to get the code reset 3 times.

Great place, confusing check in

Condo was great, as is the location. Communication on check in process could be better. Had to inquire about the check in process & received three different sets of instructions on where to go & what to do. Had to go to a separate location to pay for parking, which I wish was just included.

Stay at the Chesapeake

The stay was wonderful. My only complaint was that I wasn't aware there would be more fees to pay when I checked in. The $110 extra for parking? Really? Then as a suggestion there should be a full length mirror somewhere rather than all short mirrors. Women like to see full length what they look like to go out. And I brought K-cups thinking we would be able to relax with a cup of coffee every morning and go out on the deck, but the coffee marker was outdated and dirty so of course we had to go over to Dunkin Donuts every morning instead of relaxing. Long mirror and new K machine cofffee maker is all I suggest.

Great Condo!

Very nice condo, clean, and good amenities (cable, computer desk with monitor, games available, guitar). I have been going to Sea Colony for many years and always have a great stay. I would stay in this condo again with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids), it had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach!
