This large, beachfront, updated condo is setup perfectly for your Florida vacation.



The master bedroom is furnished with a premium quality King size bed and walk-in bathroom. Walk out to the balcony from the master bedroom, and enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from the King bed.



The second bedroom is setup with two Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bath with tub/shower combo is situated easily between the two bedrooms, and has been updated nicely. With plenty of sleeping for all, there's also plenty of space. The condo has over 1450 square feet of space and is one of the largest in the building and certainly one of the largest three bedroom condos on the beach!



With two reserved parking spaces (rare along the beach!), a full size washer and dryer in the condo and a beautifully fully-equipped kitchen, the property is well setup for a week or a month, and the views will keep you coming back for more.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area's top activities & attractions each and every day, including Busch Gardens, The Clearwater Aquarium, The Dali Museum, The Tampa Zoo, evening cruises, bike rentals and more! Beautiful view of the ocean and we loved having coffee on the balcony. Sand on floor when arriving and all beach chairs were super Sandy. ( two chairs broken) we bought and left a chair so next group will at least have 4 working chairs.The dishwasher lining was pulling away and on our last load it was leaking because of it.

Thanksgiving with Sunshine

Amazing stay in Las Brisas! We were moved here due to a water problem in another unit in the complex, and we could not have been more comfortable. It was perfect for the rest of our stay.

This is a very nice updated condo. Perfect shaded balcony in the morning. Great for sipping coffee. The condo had nice touches, such as night lights, kleenex, books to read, and fully stocked kitchen. It was very clean. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

I absolutely love this condo. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with more than you could need. We have stayed here a couple times now with our parents and grandparents. We even had to extend our stay this year due to circumstances and we were able to do this with ease. We will always choose Las Brisas when in this area

The location could not have been better. Great for a week of relaxing on the beach or easily traveling to nearby attractions. Condo was large and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Great stay!!

Las Brisas has a great view of Gulf. Lot you can do in walking distance. Our pool was closed due to repairs but the beach was just as good. Floors could be cleaned better, had to wear shoes otherwise feet were black. Overall great stay, we will back next year.

Madeira Beach Trip

Can’t beat the location of this condo - literally right on the beach, amazing views and steps to the ocean. This unit is large with 3 bedrooms which is great for kids. it does need a deep clean but overall no issues. Kitchen is fully stocked for use which is nice. We had a great time despite it being a little chilly!
