Stay at this wonderful fully-renovated designer home 3 bedroom two bath home with many extras including private covered dock space and its own private boat ramp to access lake not available to the public. Located on a very large flat parcel with plenty of parking for up to 10 vehicles. This property is only available for a minimum stay of 30 days. First time offered to the public this home had been the owners home of this small private marina for over 50 years. The marina leases annual space to boat access only home owners on the exclusive North Lane of Ten Mile lake which offers a rare vacation location not to be confused with South Lake with has many more tourist and is more of a commercial feel with the county park.
