Great location

Great location, you could hear a lot of the noise from the upstairs guests, but that really didn’t bother us too much. It’s just good to know. The dogs that were upstairs were going to the bathroom in the shared outdoor space which made us not want to go out there.

The coziest little getaway!

Teresa was the best host we’ve had using VRBO or really any rental! The air went out the first night we stayed and she was so quick to get a repairman out the same day to fix the issue! With this excessive heat it happens more often than you think! This cute little cottage was perfect for our family of 4! It was conveniently located to everything including restaurants, ice cream, the park and the beach! We will definitely be staying again! Thank you so much Teresa for being so great!

Quaint, Convenient, & Clean (Inconvenient Kitchenette)

The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The owner was also very kind and easy to communicate with. I was surprised to find there was no stove- Only a toaster oven. While the description clearly states there is a kitchenette,the thought never crossed my mind that there would be no oven and only a small refrigerator and separate (but well-working) ice maker. There is a great washer/dryer though! Overall, it was comfortable and convenient to the beach. However, while we figured it out and had a lovely time, I believe the price tag calls for improvements in the kitchenette.
