Very convenient location directly across from beach access. Large front porch catches prevailing breezes. 3 bd, 2 ba with full kitchen and dining room. TV area separate from private gathering room. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom and WIFI with Netflix and Roku TV. Washer and dryer. Parking under housefor 3 vehicles with plenty of additional room in back yard. Back area for boat storage. Sleeps 6. PET FRIENDLY with non refundable deposit. Must bring own linens and towels. Full kitchen with paper goods also supplied including paper towels, plates, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some ocean view from front porch. Family oriented design fully furnished...Living area can be closed off from the rest of the house. Ping pong table, corn hole, Bocci Ball, Foosball, 8 cool bicycles including two youth bikes, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and lots of fun! Rock on the front porch and listen to the gulls and surf....come and relax!

This was our second stay at Sea Jade. We loved being right across from the beach & the cottage is cute and cozy! It’s family-friendly and we also loved being able to bring our dog. The host is super nice!

For one thing this place was just perfect for us and our furbabygirl. Beach access is easy and very close. The owner was very responsive, hospitable and extremely accommodating!!! My hubby & I were married at OI Inn 9 years ago and come back to celebrate our anniversary annually. I believe we have found out perfect place!!! Thank u Dean for allowing us the opportunity to call ur place home for a few days. It was awesome!!!.

House was perfect for a 3 night stay with my young family and dog. Host was very communicative, the house was clean, and the location could not have been better. It was great to be so close to the beach with littles and to be able to put them to bed and have a drink on the gated porch where the dog could hang with us. Would absolutely stay again.

Felt like home!

Had a great week at OIB checking in and out was very easy and convenient and couldn’t ask for a better host the house was clean and comfortable and felt like home it’s a great location being so close to the beach access and all it also has a well stocked kitchen which was a plus since we ate in most of the week all in all we had a great time and made some good memories. Thanks Dean… hope you’ll have us back in the future.

Great Easter weekend

It was a nice place to stay. It is a little outdated and some things need a little work but overall it was a nice place. Everything was set up perfectly for our dogs that we brought with us which made it even nicer. We enjoyed our stay!

In 1964, when I was 6 years old, my parents purchased a beach house at Ocean Isle on Second Street when there were less than 150 houses on the island. I so much appreciate the opportunity to have experienced such a pristine, relatively private island. So much has changed in the last 56 years but Ocean Isle still remains a remarkable island destination with a unique family development design. I want everyone to be able to enjoy what I was blessed with and continue to be.

Why they chose this property

I strive to provide everything you need for a stress- free respite and vacation....Unless you want to, don't bring beach chairs or umbrellas, Boogie Boards... I have them. I also have plenty of beach toys for the kids...even a paddle ball set. Also have several bikes that are comfortable ride...ping pong table downstairs. Don't buy stuff before you come. I provide toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cups and napkins, trash bags. Ask me about anything and I'll do my best to provide it! CHECK OUT my other property on VRBO in Little River, SC...one bedroom cottage one block from the waterfront. Less expensive but nice alternative and close to North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove Beach
