This delightful one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is situated on the first floor, providing easy access to the pool, beach and your vehicle for convenient exploration. The well-appointed condo features a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and built-in twin bunk beds in the hallway. The interior is tastefully decorated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample preparation space for those moments when you choose to dine in. It opens to a comfortable living room where you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large screen TV.

Exploring the area

Very cute remodeling. The location fit our needs for this trip but unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive for checking out the beach. Hopefully next time.

We super enjoyed our stay in Blue Paradise in February! It was neat, well put together and had everything we needed... they even added a crockpot after we asked! We enjoyed eating out on the balcony at least twice a day! The water wasn't very warm, but the management company had a guy come out and fix that right away... that was GREAT! We were one mile from the HANGOUT and ice cream and it was super handy to drive to the State Park every day! TERRIFIC LOCATION and EXPERIENCE... would definitely return!

Blue Paradise lives up to its name

We had a wonderful month in 109 Blue Paradise! Great location... on the strip, but on the quiet end, across from the beach. A view of the beach and water from the balcony (which we loved eating on). Had everything that you need to make it feel like home... even soft, cozy blankets to curl up with while watching the GIANT TV in the living room! Even had books to read, which I read 6 during the month. And the condo is so close to the State Park, which we easily drove to each day and averaged 6-1/2 miles walking each day... plus used the park's free bikes for a couple of 11 mile days!!!

Great Condo!

Delivered on all fronts! We had such a great stay. Just drive to Orange Beach and walking distance to all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Definitely suggest having beach wheels on your cart if you plan on bringing one, it is quite a bit of sand walking and normal cart wheels don't roll well :) We for sure got our workout in. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the couch was also very comfy. Had all kitchen supplies needed as well as TV selections. The checkin and out process was so easy! Thank you for a great vacation!
