Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix and a Dollar Tree less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. This Condo is Fully Furnished and is Very Comfortable (I use it myself not just a rental) . All kitchen utensils are furnished, A new Built in Microwave, Glass Top Stove, With dual coffee maker’s regular drip and a Keurig for k-cups , Garbage Disposal and a built-in dishwasher with a guest starter pack furnished. The condo was great for our soccer tournament at Foley Sports tourism complex. Super close to the complex and outlets. Well stocked and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean with good accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed for a softball tournament and property was an easy drive to complex. Communication with host was excellent. Check in/out was a breeze. Would recommend.

We have spent 100s of hours working and remodeling this condo to make it the show place of Park Ave Condominiums and we are proud of the results of our hard work.
