The condo was perfect for our Gatlinburg weekend. Close enough to walk downtown, and big enough for three adults and two teenagers to have their space and not feel cramped. Three separate bathrooms with showers was such a nice treat - especially with four girls getting ready at the same time. We enjoyed the balcony, and watching the local family of bears wander around the property. Highly recommend. Oh, and it has an elevator, so no lugging coolers and suitcases up the stairs!

The host was very welcoming. Without him we would have never found the entrance. However the outside of the Gatlinburg Towers looked really bad. Needs updating badly. The rooms were great. My bathtub looked bad. No curtains on any windows. Hair on the pillow cases. Couldn't walk in bathroom without straddling the toilets.

Had an issue with the TV & Charles & maintenance were very prompt in fixing it! Only issue was that the elevator would randomly not work but there’s not much to be done about that & it helped that we were on the 2nd floor. Overall, great stay!

Our overall experience was great. If I had one complaint it would be that internet connection was spotty for our television streaming experience. The weather was perfect so we got out and enjoyed the Gatlinburg experience. Our host responded in a timely manor to our concerns.

Family vacation

We rented this condo because we needed three bedrooms and three bathrooms and it fit our needs. The condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a very reasonable price.

Nice get away

We wanted to see at least one bear on this stay and did not disappoint. There were several bears every day wandering the parking lot. Our balcony provided a great space to watch. The location allowed us to walk and not have to pay to park in town and Pigeon Forge is just a short drive. We had a nice time.

Great location

Easily walk and take the trolley so you don’t have to find and pay for parking. Nice little place, wish pets were welcome but it worked out well for us.

The condo was as advertised on VRBO, clean and well equipped for a family stay. The furnishings were extremely nice with plenty of bed and bath linens for our family of four. The pool was very nice as well. While we have stayed at this complex twice in the past, this was our first stay at this particular unit, and we were completely satisfied with our stay. Thank you, Charles, for being a solicitous host. We will definitely stay here again. Plus, we saw bears every day in our parking lot, which was a special treat, especially the mama bear and her four cubs who came by each evening! Great vacation for sure!

Great place with only 1 small issue

The stay was great, wasn't too far from town. However 2 panels on the indoor pool were broken causing it to be cold in the pool house. Other than that no complaints

Beautiful and peaceful

Very charming and peaceful! All the conveniences of home and only .5 mile walking distance to Ripley's aquarium and down town Gatlinburg. I will definitely stay here again on our next vacation! Comfortable and cozy!!!

Great location

Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, check in process a breeze. Perfect location. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to restaurants. We were here in off-season but I can imagine the gridlock of downtown traffic and difficulty of finding a parking spot. Would eliminate that hassle by just leaving car at vrbo and walking. We'd stay again.

Quick weekend getaway with the family. Ages from 11 to 84. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of room. Very clean. Short few minutes walk to everything.

Great Location

This property exceeded our expectation! The property was so clean and located within walking distance to everything! We literally walked everywhere our first two days, restaurants and activities. We didn’t have any issues so we didn’t have to contact the property manager. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Convenient spot

Good place for walking to everything! It was a smaller place than expected but it had everything we needed and it was clean. A little mishap when getting there with the entry code and WiFi but there was quick communication! I would definitely consider staying again.

Nice accommodation, reasonable price

The interior of the condo was exactly as shown in the photos and met our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean, and nicely prepared by the owner. The only critique we had was of the common areas. The entrance way by the pool had an awkward manual sliding door and the path in didn’t have great drainage during our very rainy visit. The indoor pool seemed like it could use a bit more care, but it was acceptable. There wasn’t a lot of space for the available luggage carts and people were leaving them outside in the rain. All in all, minor complaints. And depending on your perspective, a plus or minus was the bear that showed up right outside our unit door one day.

We had a good stay. It’s an older property that has been renovated. There were pain runs on the baseboards and the flooring had gaps in it where the laminate doesn’t come together all the way. The microwave broke the first day, but the manager responded quickly and got us a new one. The mattresses are worn out and were vary uncomfortable, so we didn’t sleep well the entire time we were there. The place was clean. Each room has an air conditioner. One of the doors to get to the balcony sitting area outside took gorilla force to open it, so we just had to stop going out on that porch. The tv in the main room wouldn’t work, so I contacted the manager and he promptly sent maintenance to fix it. It messed up and stopped working every single day and maintenance came every single day to try to fix it. It finally started working properly the very last day we were there. The owner gave us a partial refund for the troubles we had, so that was nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We probably won’t stay again just because the mattresses were so worn out.
