This beautiful five bedroom home is conveniently located less than one mile from the Devil's Knob Golf and Racquet Center and Wintergarden Spa, Aquatics, and Fitness Center.
Chestnut Springs is a modern/country style home which comes complete with two living spaces. The main level has an open plan with hardwood floors, laundry area at entry, updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, open bar and dining table with total seating for 10, living room with cozy overstuffed furniture, flat panel TV and gas fireplace. The main level also offers a queen master bedroom with private bath and a twin bedroom with a nearby hall bath. You will also find a full wraparound deck with a separate screened-in area.
The upper level offers a king master suite with master bath. The lower level ground floor features a second family sitting area complete with a private kitchenette and gas fireplace. This level offers a king bedroom, two-double bedroom and full hall bath.
