Great central location to explore the entire island. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. You can walk out the back patio, across the grass, and right onto the beach.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We do provide beach towels in the unit and they are kept in the same location as the bath towels. I would have been more than happy to clarify where they were if there was any confusion, as I was available and responded to all of your questions during your stay. We also personally stopped by, and the onsite property manager visited as well, after neighboring units reported multiple late night noise disturbances that kept them up. We always want to ensure all guests have a comfortable experience, including those in the surrounding units and share the aloha of the island. Mahalo

We loved the location. The sunrise was amazing. The place was clean. Even though we didn’t have a reserved parking, parking under the trees by the condo was aways available.

Convenient location

Property was in a great location. Since it does not have ac it was very humid and warm during the day but did cool down at night if all windows and lanai foor was open.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. This unit does not have AC and we do not advertise it as part of the amenities. We do also have a note on the listing description notifying guests to keep in mind that this condo does not have AC so they are well aware of it before they make a booking. Many places in Hawaii were not originally built with AC because they were made to cool themselves using the jalousie windows and opening the unit up to allow the island tradewinds to flow through the unit. The condo does have ceilings fans and numerous tower fans as well for guests to use. When searching for a listing to suit guests' needs, you can filter specific amenities you want such as AC and listings that have that amenity will show up to tailor to each guests' specific needs. Another great stay

This was my second time staying in this property. The first thing I noticed was several upgrades since my last stay. I came back because of such a good experience the last time and recommend this property to friends often. It is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location. We love watching the sunrise on the beach every morning. We will be back!

Clean, comfortable stay in a great location

I chose this condo after previously staying in a different unit on this property. I love the location, it’s just steps to the beach, across the street from grocery stores, the best shave ice and great restaurants. This unit was incredibly clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we would need in advance. We stayed cool enough with fans and windows open. We will definitely be coming back!

Our group of four had a fantastic stay at this La Casa Cottage, we went up to the area to do some golfing in Vernon and ATV'ing in Peachland so it was the perfect spot in between. The cottage was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well and the A/C kept the home super comfortable during 30 degree temps. Outside there were two large sundecks with plenty of patio seating and a gas firepit/table to enjoy in the evenings. It was a modern, open concept home, with views of the lake. The property manager Mandeep was responsive and super helpful. Our group enjoyed staying at the home and would stay at this unit again.

It was a good stay, but we paid for the place with a cleaning fee. But we had to wash the towels, that should be done by your cleaner. You could add a rice pot, and beach towels to the unit. Thank you so much for everything

Mahalo for staying at the condo Claire! Prior to check-out, we ask guests to start a load of laundry with any towels they have used. This is greatly appreciated by housekeeping and means a lot! Housekeeping works hard to clean and prepare the unit for each guest's stay. There are bath towels and beach towels in the unit and are all in the bathroom for guests to use. Great Time in Kauai!

My family and I stayed in this unit for about 2 weeks this summer. It was fantastic! First, the location is perfect! Literally steps to the ocean! The unit itself is a good size for a family of four. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. There are also lots of beach toys in the outdoor storage closet, including a small cooler. David, the owner and his daughter, who manages it are very communicative and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful Stay!

We came home to Kauai, for the baby of the bunch’s graduation! The Kauai Kailani was very easy to find. The condo is beautiful and spacious! As a local family a rice cooker would have been great, but we adapt! As the kitchenware was fully stocked otherwise! The in-unit washer dryer is a lovely touch, the condo is just a few steps to the pool and beach absolutely loved that! David & Qing Qing are amazing!
