Beautiful Condo

This condo was so pretty, great amenities and excellent location. The welcome starter kits were so nice to have when we arrived. The only advice I would give is go out before 6:30 a.m. to pick a nice spot if you plan on staying on the beach a lot, the chair rental company will take up all available space with unrented chairs! But that is no fault of the condo unit. Excellent stay. 100% recommend.

Much better than anticipated

I tend to be a bit of a skeptic/cynic which usually tempers expectations for things like vacation rentals. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that the pictures for the property didn't really do the unit justice. Much roomier than expected. While there was a little wear and tear, for a vacation spot it was really good. The security staff person we interacted with was also super friendly. All in all, I would definitely rent again!

Will not book this unit again

Great location! BUT: carpets old and filthy; bath, hand towels furnished thin and cheap; ice maker in the bar area extremely loud; water pressure in kitchen horrible; balcony furniture rusted therefore, extremely wobbly; need new photos on website: unit not as nice as pictures plus some chairs missing that I depended on for family gathering. Will not book this unit or any at the Colonnades again. ( Our friends booked another condo in the building that had broken beds, oven didn’t work and toilets ran constantly!)

Great Experience

Nice location a little excluded at the end but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurant's. A little inconvenient with only one elevator but we managed.

Colonnades 1202

The condo was a great size for our group of three adult couples. With two king beds and one queen there was plenty of room for everyone and we all had our own bathroom. The door from the den to the patio was hard to open and close which was a little inconvenient, but other than that we loved the space. The only other problem was the fact there was only one elevator working and it broke down twice while we were there. I would rent this unit again for our group.

Gulf shores stay

Very nice condo and balcony. Outside furniture could use updated but it's a very big balcony and pretty view of the gulf. The condo is very spacious and large master bedroom and bathroom space. Downfall of the master bath was the jets in the tub didn't work and you could tell the jets were dirty. We were informed this condo wasn't open very long since last years hurricane...so for that I'd say the condo was in great condition. We enjoyed our 8 days.
