Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put thermostat on 75 degrees upon departure.
The trash cans are outside located on the side of the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are two air mattresses in the garage. There is also an air pump for the mattresses and floats. Absolutely no smoking inside of the units.
Fire extinguishers are located in the laundry room. The white one is for grease fires.
Please ensure boat lift straps are out of the water when not in use. Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep the noise level low.
