Ótimo. Adequado. Correto. Limpo. Prático.
Um clássico de outros tempos do Guarujá, perfeitamente restaurado, com bom gosto e respeito pelo projeto original adequado ao uso contemporâneo. Localização fantástica, não consigo imaginar nada melhor. Serviço de apoio de zeladoria correto, prestativo. Garagem fácil. Tudo perto, tudo à mão. E para quem gosta de ondas, um mar clássico, variado. Atenção apenas para a segurança nas ruas, como é de conhecimento geral, não é recomendável uso de jóias, relógios etc. Recomendo pois vou sempre que posso.

Ao pé da areia, vista do mar de todas as janelas.
O apartamento é lindo! Ao pé da areia, com todas as janelas dando vista para o mar. Você sai do prédio já com os pés na areia. As camas dos quartos ficam na altura da janela, então deitados vemos o mar. Recomendo. Nota dez.
