About this property

Guarujá Enseada Seasonal Beach House

The house was my own residence, with excellent finishes, well-ventilated, and close to a bakery, a drink distributor, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a pet shop, and a recreational area with a barbecue, wooden tables, and a 1.40-meter-deep pool with a shallow area for children. <br>Please note that we have outdoor security cameras to enhance guest safety. They are located at the front of the property and in the pool area, facing only the rooftops.
