At 5 minutes walking distance you find Unicentro Shopping Mall; at 15 minutes walking distance is the nearest Metro station (Estadio); at only 10 minutes walking distance is La 70 which is a street where during the day you can visit the local cafes and at night it becomes the iconic street to have the best night life.
