#2 McKinley St. Unit 301- Sunspot Condos- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
This ocean front condo is an absolute stunner, recently remodeled and includes numerous modern fixtures and finishes! This spacious condo has amazing water views from the primary bedroom and living area. Each bedroom has its own modern and sleek bathroom. There is able seating in the living area which includes an open kitchen and eating area. The large renovated sundeck includes sun chairs, a table with chairs and a lounge area. The never ending view of the water and beach will be images you will never forget!

The unit includes assigned off street parking for 2 cars. There are height restrictions to enter the parking area. Large and oversized vehicles will not fit under the building. This unit does not have a building elevator.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $170.50.

Bedding- 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Singles

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Amazing weekend getaway

Loved everything about this property! It was roomy, clean, had an amazing view from both the inside of the condo and the fabulous deck. Top floor with no neighbors made it feel like we had our own private space! Proximity to restaurants, bars and ocean were fantastic.

Great stay

Great location on the beach and very comfortable house for a relaxing stay. The views are stunning and we were able to walk to many of the restaurants on Dewey Beach.The only thing we found cumbersome was signing a lease to stay, needing to pick up keys, and having to either purchase a linen package or bring own and need to bring personal supplies like toilet paper, etc. for us it was worth it.

Bright, modern, clean, best view

Absolutely beautiful property with perfect rooftop balcony area to enjoy coffee and view. Completely updated with great decor choices and considerate details. We loved having plenty of bathrooms. Group of 4 Moms celebrating a friend's 50th. Right on the ocean, walking-distance to some restaurants and short drive to Rehoboth boardwalk area for plenty more restaurants and shops. Everything we needed and as pretty as we hoped! Thank You!

beautiful views

Wonderful location with gorgeous view of the beach. a few minor issues that the property manager should be addressing - flickering light that kept going out in the master bath, a large picture half off the wall, and the master bedroom fan couldn't be adjusted. The whole property was without hot water for about 36 hours and the management company was not helpful - but the rooms were nicely appointed and the whole suite was just lovely. Would definitely recommend and may stay there again.
