Love this place!

We will definitely stay here again. Not far from Grand Forks, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Work Stay

It was very quiet with quick eats close by. Not too far from town for the rest of our needs.

Very nice little apartment, if you don’t mind staying a bit out of town. Clean and exactly as described!

My family and I stayed here when we PCS’d and it was perfect if you work on base. It is literally a 2 minute drive to base, making this really convenient for airmen. We had a two year old and a big dog and this was so much better than staying in a hotel. We stayed here for about a month and half. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice having a tv in each room. There was enough room for my dog and my toddler to not feel cooped up. I loved the affordability, it was way cheaper and bigger than staying in a hotel. The host was SO nice and accommodating! I definitely recommend anyone, military or not, to stay here!

Wedding

Convenient for visiting family & shopping. It was stated that there was someone living above you and you need to be respectful. The gentleman living up above you is very loud and so is his dog. Quite a busy area.

Hello Mary. I’m happy you found the location to be convenient. It is mentioned in the listing that the upstairs apartment is occupied and noise is possible. However, quiet hours are adhered to upstairs for our guests comfort and every effort is made to reduce noise for guests so I am sorry to hear that it was a problem for you.
