There is no smoking of any kind inside the house. There is a $200 per day smoking fee with immediate eviction if someone smokes in the house.
SECURITY
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge to the guest.
HIGH EFFICIENCY CAR
We do not allow guest to charge high efficiency cars at our house. Our house is not electrical suitable to charge any kind of EV.
