This top-floor unit is a prestigious luxury penthouse, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining room with high vaulted ceilings and great views on the garden and pool. It is ideal for families and couples.

The brand new Residence, called Blue Garden, is in El Batey (the center of Sosua), walking distance to all bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and beaches.

The unit has a size of 1485 sqf (138 sqm) and is fully furnished and equipped. The Residence is gated and secured, with a secured parking, and boasts a large sparkling swimming pool and a BBQ area.

Crear quiet place to relax

This is a great place to relax. Very clean and safe. Away from all downtown but close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach. Enrico the manager was very attentive and understanding. I will definitely stay there again.

We actually got a different unit in the same complex. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit. The entire complex was well maintained and the apartment met all our expectations.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

A great travel experience! The condo accommodations was like staying in your own private resort. The host was gracious enough to pick me up and take me to the condo. I was surprised how well maintain the condo HOA keeps its property. It is a completed gated community with a 12 foot wall surrounding the complex, inside there is a security post and maintenance staff on duty 24/7. The Condo has a Picnic area and large well maintained pool. Near the pool area is free WiFi. if you come out on your balcony you are able to get free internet, major plus! Now the condo itself was amazing. Well maintained with the amenities you would need. You are in walking distance to a pharmacy, and grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great stay in Sosua.

Beautiful Property

We stayed in apt G3, 3 bedroom top floor. Beautiful apartment and stunning grounds. Fabio was amazing and dealt with any concerns or issues so promptly. For the most part, the people who reside permanently in the condo's are wonderful, a few were.....well you know, not worth a second of your time or day. The main beach of Sosua is a good 20 to 25 ,minute walk, but such a pleasant walk that we didn't mind. Playa Chiquita is only 10 mins walk but very tiny and truthfully, we wouldn't swim there due to waves and rough water at the time. Grocery shopping is only 15 mins away. Bring ear plugs for sleeping, the street dogs bark most of the night and roosters start crowing as early as 4 am, and sometimes, all night. Such a minor inconvenience had we brought ear plugs. The grounds staff maintain the facility so well, the pool, the park/bbq area I can't say enough about. The electrical is quite high so do be prepared. Fabio did warn us at time of booking. Be prepared to pay .12 pesos per kw if you stay longer than 30 days and 13 pesos per kw if less than 30 days! Think twice before using the air conditioning. Thankfully, we did not use it as being on third floor and opening the doors and windows, we got great cross breezes all day and night. Oh one other thing to be prepared for......no windows or sliding doors have screens on them. Not a big issue being on 3rd floor but did hear guests Complain about bugs on lower floors. Going to miss Jackie (pool and grounds keeper), Joselito (repair and maintemance) and Nelly (office). Each of them would smile and made us so welcome each and every day. Would we return to Blue Garden? Yes! You won't regret the booking of these condos, they are all stunning. And we truly have met great people that we will be keeping in touch with. Just be prepared to walk everywhere and have good walking shoes. Fabio, we can't thank enough for his quick repose to questions, concerns or issues, he is wonderful to deal with. Remember your on vacation, kick back, relax and do enjoy! We did. Thank you Fabio.
