The living room is equipped with a New 65' Smart TV with 3000 plus channels. Relax on the Leather sofa or love seat which rocks and recline while enjoying television. The master Bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with deluxe shower heads. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed and plenty of space to relax. Both bedrooms are equipped with 42" Smart TV's for pleasure. **24 hr Security**

I saw this condominium complex my first trip to Sosua and it was love at first sight! After Covid 19 had slowed down, I decided to take the Plunge in Beach Front Condos and I purchased five!

What makes this property unique

Two beach front restaurants to enjoy. Sun rises and Sun sets to die for!!! Do I need to mention the Beautiful Beach that these units sit on, Playa Alicia. Do your research!
