ABOUT Maui Kamaole K206
Maui Kamaole K206 is perfect for two couples or a family. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with super-comfortable beds and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Located on the second floor of the K cluster at Maui Kamaole, there is a lovely and quiet garden view from the main lanai. You will be steps from the beautiful upper pool and spa. Because it is an end unit, you will enjoy extra windows for a light, bright ambiance, and great views. With three lanais, one for each bedroom plus the main lanai adjacent to the living room, there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor living.

When you go indoors there are three flat-screen HD Smart TVs, independent air conditioning units, and ceiling fans for each bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom suite, with a king-size bed, occupies the entire second-floor loft with a spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. The main floor second bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of closet space and a separate lanai. The living room has a pull-out queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Family-friendly with a foldable crib, high chair, and pack-n-play provided.

Maui Kamaole K206 is an easy walk to 4 of the best beaches in the world and a short drive to 5 world-class golf courses. Restaurants are varied and plentiful (many are an easy walk), but for you gourmet chefs, our home has a fully equipped kitchen with all of the cookware needed to prepare great meals using locally sourced ingredients.

Amazing experience

Wonderful location and so family friendly

The location of this condo is perfection! So close to kid friendly (and turtle loving adults) beaches. The property came with so many beach accessories, I didn’t have to worry about anything. The pool was also super close and again, very kid friendly. We could still walk to shops and the beach. This was hands down the easiest and calmest vacation I’ve organized thanks to Mike! Would 100% recommend to others and stay again.

Comfortable Maui

Maui Kamaole is well maintained resort with tropical ambiance. The unit has lots of light and the patio is open to the sky. Orientation of unit to the sun was good for January. Beds and sofa were comfortable. We enjoy the nice pools, although we spend most of our time at the beach which are a short drive away.

This was a great condo that was centrally located on Maui. We were able to see everything we wanted with a short drive. The condo is across the street from some of the best beaches on the island. We were also across the street from the whale watching and snorkling boat launch. The condo was very clean in a beatiful well kept property. The pool was a great way to end the day. Maui Kamaole K206 - Shaka Shaka

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay earlier this month. The condo was spacious, beautiful and conveniently located. We enjoyed Kam 3 beach across the street as well as other nice beaches to the south. It was also easy to get to Pa'ia and the Road to Hana. The owner, Mike, was very helpful and responsive both in advance of and during our stay. We appreciated that some food-related items were available in the pantry. A highlight of the trip was driving up Haleakala not only for sunset but also for the stargazing, an amazing full moon rise over the crater and then looking down at the moonlight glistening on the ocean.

Had 5 units in complex. This unit very nice. Very well stocked. Beach items a bonus. Location to all beaches and shopping, food, entertainment a plus. The BBQ areas and pool nice. Only comment is quiet time at pool is 6-9 pm so even after a full day at the beach kids like to have fun at the pool and that rule and enforcement was challenging for 6-10 year olds…as some cranky adults made a fuss.. Loved the unit. We hope to be back soon. Owner and check in easy.

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

Mike's condo is in a great location close to Wailea and the Kamaole beaches. The Maui Kamaole grounds are so beautiful with lush greenery and flowers surrounding the property. We loved the upper pool and it was fantastic for kids as the whole pool was shallow. Mike had a great selection of beach supplies including a wagon which made transportation down to the beach easy with kids. He also provided a pack and play as well as a high chair for our baby which was greatly appreciated! The unit itself is a loft but still worked well with a family with a 2.5 and 1 year old. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed. We love Maui and can't wait to come back.

A great base to explore all of Maui

What a great week had as a family in Maui! The condo unit was a perfect location and suited all of our needs. Mike the owner is terrific at staying in touch and making sure everything is in good order, while also helping with suggestions on places to eat and things to do (love the sushi tips, Mike!) We came with our two daughters, ages 9 and 12, and in our last day, spent time driving up by Kapalua. I asked them if they would have preferred staying up there in more resort-like hotels or do what we did, and it was hands-down agreed we made the right decision! Different things to experience here, more central to the different activities we did, and a better feel for us. Overall, a 10/10 experience for us!

We have been to Oahu, Kona and Maui. We will never stay anywhere else from now on after this visit to the Kihei area of Maui. The condo we had was incredible . Great location, with access to 3 beautiful and uncrowded beaches. The owners put great thought into what those visiting the islands would need for a great, hassle free vacation. Plenty of room in the condo, fully furnished, comfortable beds, a kitchen ready to go with anything you can think of, and ac units on both floors that really helped with the heat and humidity. On top of that , we enjoyed a closet full of beach going necessities, including sand toys, boogie boards, coolers for drinks and food , and GREAT beach chairs. Our toughest decision the whole nine days we were here, was whether to cook for ourselves or go out for dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants. Our time at The Harrigans condo was everything you’d want a vacation to be; relaxing, stress free and full of great memories . Thank you for sharing this great property with our family! We spent a wonderful 3 weeks over the Christmas holidays in K206. It could not have been any more perfect for our family of 3. This was our 10th stay in Maui one of many at the Maui Kamaole complex. We keep coming back to this complex because it has everything one could need in the best location in South Maui (close to Kihei, but also close to Wailea). This unit was well stocked, clean, spacious and perfectly located within the complex by being close to the parking, BBQ, and tropical pool. All the necessary pool/beach toys are available for use (chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, boogie boards etc.). Upon arrival, we noticed that the patio furniture was worn and unusable and after a quick text to the owner, a replacement patio furniture set arrived! The owner was great to deal with by being very professional and friendly. We were even welcomed with chocolates and fresh local fruit on arrival :) As mentioned, we have stayed in many units in this complex and would not hesitate to contact the owner again should we be looking for another vacation rental in the future. Mahalo for everything and thanks for helping make our "Mele Kalikimaka" in Maui :)

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. This was our second time staying in the Maui Kamaole complex. Mike was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the extra few hours for a late check out on the day we left. We had a 12 night stay and felt quite settled and at home throughout the trip. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and did most of our cooking at the condo. The dishwasher and laundry machines also worked very well. The unit was quiet, secure, and spacious. It was nice to have access to a wagon and beach supplies. Overall, we were happy, but there were a few areas that could use more attention. Both tub and shower floors had a lot of scum and needed a good scrub. Some of the bedside tables were quite worn and water stained, along with the outside door of the fridge. The carpets were also somewhat stained in areas. The cordless phones would not connect to a dial tone, so we were not able to make local calls. We did enjoy our stay and you can't beat this location in Kihei!

Great condo at reasonable price!

While this is NOT right on the beach, it is close enough that we walked down nightly for the sunsets, and almost daily for body surfing and playing in the waves. Property is very well kept, quiet (there are restrictions on noise and pretty tight pool hours and rules...), and really beautiful. We slept 6 adults quite comfortably, and found Mike's unit well stocked for cooking most of our meals to keep the costs down. That said, he has a good list of great local eats and things to do. Used this as our home base for hiking, diving (literally right across the street from the boat ramp), snorkeling, surfing, body surfing, and exploring the island. The two pools and hot tubs were clean, warm, and never crowded, in fact, in the evenings we were usually by ourselves. While we like our own masks, fins, and snorkels, the unit has lots of beach toys, chairs, boogey boards and some snorkel gear as well. Mike was very accommodating, easy to get ahold of, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was awesome. We had a late flight, and he did not have anyone coming in that night, so he let us stay the day and check out late at no extra charge - I have never had anyone do that before, and it meant we got one extra day of playing and then could shower and head to the airport - you will not find my owners willing to do that! All in all, for the price, this condo is awesome, and we will absolutely look him up again on our nect trip to Kihea!!!
