We had a wonderful stay in Kihei and really enjoyed the property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy for our family to settle in and relax right away. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated after spending time outside in the Maui heat. Parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to explore nearby beaches. This well-appointed Kihei retreat offered a lovely stay.The condo was exactly as described, and I absolutely adore the decor and calming colors of the master bedroom. However, the adjoining patio could use some maintenance and entertainment center can use an upgrade.We were disappointed by the small TV and the lack of streaming capabilities for relaxing in the evenings.Despite these minor drawbacks, we would stay here again and would recommend it.

We are going over to see what happened to streaming. First suggestion in 20 years about the size of the tv but we will be looking in sizing up.Thank you for the lovely comments about my home. . We have had some storms that disturbed the patio plants but that was immediately taken care of. Plants grow fast in these tropics. Glad you enjoyed your stay and would come again

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Easy to park and get into unit. The unit was clean and organized. The air conditioning worked well when needed. But, leaving the screen door open and listening to the birds, as well as have chickens visit was fun.The host was great to communicate with. She was quick to respond with any information and/or questions.
Walk to Boat Launch and Beach. Great walking trail to explore.

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and fans/AC in both bedrooms. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the nice, private and quiet outdoor patio area. Easy parking for loading and unloading everyday from groceries/outings to the beach. This unit had everything we needed for cooking too. Had beach chairs, some sand toys and coolers available for beach trips. Dorothy was very kind and communicated with me through our stay with any questions.

Host was very responsive and helpful, the property is really very nice. Due to very hot weather we didn't use the backyard, but it feels very cosy and private to enjoy quiet evenings (when it cools down a little).I would recommend to write a better instruction on the registration with property management as it is not clear how to do it - the info in the guest manual said you should do it via email, but no address was provided. I did send a message via website, but got no response, so not sure if we did it right or not.Also, we figured that the complex has two swimming pools and the access codes are different, this should be mentioned in the book (it provides only one access code).Kitchen is pretty nicely equipped, but we didn't cook much, I would think that additional frying pan would be nice to have as there is only one and it is big. Also we were missing the food thermometer as we were using grills every night - but maybe I just couldn't find it?General impression is excellent, the location is in a walkable distance (about 15 minutes) from the nearest beach, 3 - 4 minutes drive from the next beaches and nearest grocery stores. Costco is about 20 min drive.There are a lot of beach chairs/towels in the apartment. Mind that washing/drying cycles are pretty long on standard settings so plan accordingly.We didn't use TVs at all, so no comments here.Conclusion: I would highly recommend this property.

I have left a note that putting the washer on High spin is for light weight fabrics only . Putting on high makes drying take longer. Maid side the note had been removed. Will post another.

My family rented this condo so that we could accommodate my elderly parents and not have to use stairs. This is a spacious unit that is close to everything. We could walk to be the beach, a short ride to the mall, and close to all the delicious food trucks. The accommodations were very nice and we all very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time here! The condo was very cute, clean, and the complex’s pools were great! Our biggest complaint was that the beds in the condo were very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. We communicated that to Dorothy, who was able to arrange for some thin mattress pads to be dropped off, which was helpful. However, none of us slept great during our week’s long stay. The AC in the unit is great, but it’s very finicky and Dorothy asked us many times to attempt to “reset” the unit, which wasn’t how we wanted to spend our time. Our only other complaint was that there was maintenance scheduled while we were there and we were supposed to schedule our plans around the maintenance, which was not ideal. Overall, we had a great time, despite the uncomfortable beds. We really enjoyed our first trip to Maui and would happily recommend this condo unit to others.

Nice people .. We did every thing to make them happy WE have never had and complaints about our mattresses .However we did go out an buy Down style foam pads for both beds since they appeared to have very soft beds at home. 2. We called because the previous people had re set a/c hand controls.and after they left said they needing reseting. I told the current guests I would send in my best man .It would only take minutes to re set the hand controls. They need not be home. They said they were working fine not to bother. I understand the one want to have a good time with no concerns . We do try to make every thing pleasing for our Guest.

!7 years - I love our customers. I have rated them all 5 stars unless there is something very wrong .It is sad but host are venerable. A customer who has left the unit in a bad state would not write any thing nice about the unit. Pictures taken by the manager and maids were sent to to show awful state my condo home was left in. We sent pictures of the stained fabrics, dirty dishes and utensils ,sandy beach equipment and trash everywhere . Because we are charged for extra time cleaning , I get a 3 star which will be forever add in with my hard work and good reviews.

. I loved the property and the potential of these new units the minute I saw them. I was born in Hawaii, and this vacation home feels like home to my soul. My family were early settlers in Maui. My grandfather was the overseer of the Lahaina sugar plantation. We all have a great love of this beautiful island. I chose a place like the gorgeous Maui I remembered.
It is one of the most beautiful lush tropical properties on the island with a small boat harbor for trips to snorkrle and canoe just across the street. . The beach to the right, Kamamaole III is perfect for families . It is a long and wide sheltered white sand beach. It has park with picnic tables, shade trees, bathrooms and life guards. It has fabulous sunsets. whales .and Islands. Walk to restaurants, shopping and ice cream and much more .
The beach to the left, Keawakapu beach is one of the most beautiful anywhere with views of islands . volcanos, and whales and you can walk or run to the famous hotels- Grand Wailea , 4 Seasons and the Fairmont .

Why they chose this property

. I liked the bungalow style units and all the tropical flowers and trees.
We used to stay at the Grand Wailea Hotel, but when I saw these new units up on the lovely knoll, I knew I had found a place I could put my Interior Design skills to work on my Maui home.

What makes this property unique

The two pools in convenient areas. This unit's pool is the beautiful upper waterfall rock pool with hot spa and an entertaining area poolside with tables, umbrellas and sheltered out door seating and eating area.
The condo is extremely well planned and beautifully furnished in grand modern comfort but a flavor of old Hawaii.. I personally selected furnishings and art from around the world and sent it over in a container. My kind guests have written many generous compliments about the unit .
