Sisters Annual Weekend

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is spacious and clean. We loved being out in nature, it was so peaceful that we didn’t want to leave. We are ready to come back already.

This house was not clean at all. Stained carpets, dead roaches and bugs all over the place, flickering lights, moldy smell. One of the rules was to remove your shoes before going into house! This house was disguising. We did not stay herewe walked in and walked back out. The pictures online were very deceiving.

Very nice home, comfortable amenities. Several of the beds are air mattresses which was ok for the kids. Host was very responsive and followed up. Would stay again. Thank you!

Excellent Gateway!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Comfortable house with a lot of windows. The green and light come from outside to inside from every room. Very recommended for a weekend with friends and family.

Our stay in the cabin

It was isolated, quiet, lots of wildlife sounds from the patio. Great place to go recharge. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. Great table for games. It had changed from the description, we were going to have the boys stay on the living room during, that was advertised. However only one in the house was upstairs in the girls room. We were a lil disappointed in that, but made due.The couches were really comfy to sit on, but not to sleep on because they have the individual seating.

Dirty House

This house was filthy. I called VRBO and made a complaint. I have pictures to back up my claim. You guys don’t do anything to help. I am looking at a small claims in the county in which we stayed. I am making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in the county. I sent pictures to the owner and to you guys and I get nowhere. I will not ever use you guys again and I’ll make sure anybody I know don’t use you.

This place was so filthy 1/4 inch dust on fan blade, mouse poop in silverware drawer, hair in shower, and carpet stains everywhere. The lights would flicker and the oven and microwave would fluctuate up and down due to some electrical problem. I had to go to the gas station and get a battery for the one smoke detector in the house that was dead. I think it has a serious electrical problem and may be dangerous. There was lots of damage that I took photos of so we can't be blamed. This house was from the 80s and has not been upkept since.

Host was nice, the home was beautiful. There was no water pressure to take a shower. I had asked the host about cooking sheets and he started the kitchen was stocked.. no cooking sheets. Had to log into wifi for calling. Great home for a complete retreat from life.
