Sun + Golf + Beach = Relaxation in Paradise!!!!

Sunshine, golf and tennis in this freshly painted newly furnished 2nd floor, end unit at the prestigious Vasari Golf and Country Club located just off Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.

This end unit has an outstanding view overlooking the lake and Vasari Clubhouse. Included are all the amenities you would expect from a newly built golf community residence.

This 1,865 square foot total area includes 12-foot glass sliding doors in the great room opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the lake and beautiful Vasari Clubhouse. The great room has an entertainment center with a 46 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.

The master bedroom, which also overlooks the lake, has a luxurious king bed, two large walk-in 'California Closets', and private bath featuring his and her sinks, and oversize tiled walk-in shower. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV as well.

The second bedroom, located with privacy in the front of the unit, has a queen bed and an adjacent hallway bath. The den is furnished with a twin bed to accommodate additional overnight guests. It also contains a table and chairs and can be used as an office.

There are ceiling fans throughout the unit as well as the lanai for additional comfort. The eat-in kitchen is fully-equipped for dining in with it's electric cooking surface, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and raised breakfast bar. There is a separate full laundry area with washer and dryer within the unit. Linens are provided as well as beach chairs and umbrellas, located in the outside storage area near the covered parking.

Enjoy a heated community spa and pool located at the end of the street over looking the lake. You and your spouse will have a full membership to this luxurious private golf country club. You will have access to all the amenities that Vasari has to offer, including unlimited golf privileges, har-tru tennis courts, fully-equipped fitness center, a beautiful new club house, aquatic driving range, short game range, putting green, and a complete pro shop. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance over the phone or in person at the pro shop.

Off season - May through October play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!

Pretty view from the lanai!

We enjoyed our one month stay at this clean and spacious condo. Since it was only the two of us, we never used the extra bedroom. However, the den was a great office space for my husband to get his work completed. The kitchen was sufficient and there were plenty of items to use for cooking. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to go back to Vasari again in the future!

Vasari Condo

We enjoyed this excellent condo very much. The interior is very spacious and well decorated. The condo has a premium location within the Vasari community. The access to the Vasari Country Club is a super amenity that not only provides golf and tennis, but excellent food. We look forward to another great stay January in 2015.

Enjoyed our January stay in this second floor condo. The unit is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities are excellent including golf and tennis, and the Matera pool which is never crowded. In addition, it has been a pleasure working with the owner.

Highly Recomend !!!!

We truly enjoyed our 3 month stay this winter. The unit was very nicely furnished. The enclosed lanai offered an excellent view of the lake and the clubhouse across from the lake. We enjoyed the second floor unit not only for the view but also no noise from above. The owner was very cooperative when we requested a few additional items for the kitchen. Most all furnishings were new and the unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. We hope to return in the future.

Vasari Rental

We were very pleased with the property rented - it was clean, quite, close to pool and hot tub, had everything needed for beach and was quite comfortable. My only negative comment would be that the furniture in the condo was not comfortable for our age group. I prefer to sit in a chair while reading and watching TV; however, there were no chairs in condo with the exception of the kitchen chairs. The large leather sofa was too deep (my short stature) and my legs were left dangling - also, it gave me a back ache. Other than that, we were more than pleased to find and use everything we needed during our stay.

Wonderful Unit & Wonderful Community!

We totally enjoyed our time staying in this property. The unit was spacious with beautiful views of Lake Vasari and well furnished with high quality furniture and very comfortable beds. The community of Vasari was a great place to stay with a superb well-maintained golf course and many other amenities. The location was great with easy access to so many different activities. The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
