Cozily appointed, the Das Tree Haus offers you the opportunity to experience breathtaking views from your own private treehouse with wraparound deck. This 450 square foot bungalow style getaway is truly unique in its features with its treetop views of the Wenatchee River and Icicle Ridge while cradled in towering ponderosa pines.

If the night is clear, you won't have any problems stargazing around the propane firepit keeping your toes warm. A quick dip in the hot tub for two is great for weary muscles or some deep conversations. The Das Tree Haus is perfect for you and your special someone to reconnect, relax and reminisce.

The cabin has a cozy electric fireplace, Smart TV w/streaming and a DVD player. There is Hughes Net Satellite WIFI on site. A full kitchen which includes a D/W, full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed round out this adorable getaway along with a W/D.

Located just minutes to a myriad of year-round activities and this little getaway is a great place to call home base.

Peaceful, quiet and cozy!

We escaped to the mountains for a nice quiet holiday weekend and could discovered this great “Das Tree Haus”. It was everything as advertised and a bit more. We took full advantage of this mountain hideaway and would not hesitate to return!

Third Time At This Property

We enjoying staying at Das Tree Haus. It has everything that we enjoy in a property. Unfortunately, during this stay, the propane tank for the fireplace was completely empty. I attempted to call the non-emergency number but was unable to leave a message. Fortunately, there was a propane barbecue that I could switch tanks with and that solved our problem. We would stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

The setting was breathtaking-we loved the deck and spent all our time out there, overlooking the river while enjoying some R&R. The cabin was easy to access and well suited for the two of us and our pup. We hope to return!

Not a "treehouse" but nice cabin

The property is very cute, with a lovely view! It is misleading to call it a treehouse. It is built on land. We were disappointed about this, but everything else was very nice. Cute space, comfortable, great hot tub. And that view!!

Amazing View!

Couldn’t have been a better place to enjoy a lightening storm! The views from the deck were fantastic by day and even at night during a lightning light show! Cozy and comfortable- easy commute into Leavenworth.

Perfect Valentine Vacation

This was the perfect romantic getaway for my partner and I! It has all the amenities we could ask for: hot tub, grill, coffee, fire pit, a gorgeous view, comfy bed, and all the small details that make a house a home. Wish we would’ve stayed for longer! Only downside (which we were expecting) were that the roads getting there were a bit dangerous; if coming in the winter make sure you have a good car for snowy/icy roads!

HOT Weekend

No can opener (not the end of the world, we just happened to need one, haha). It was also very hot out so we had to be good about venting VERY well in the evening when it cooled off since there was no A/C that we knew of. It's hard to write about all the other good stuff! Deck was perfect for BBQ'ing and breakfast.

Cozy Cabin, Amazing View

The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable with breathtaking views. We went into Leavenworth and enjoyed all the lights, shops, and restaurants. We also took a horse drawn sleigh ride in the snow at near by Eagle Creek Ranch. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back. My only recommendation would be is to replace the mattress as it does dip in the middle. Overall I give this cabin 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get away and unplug. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Anniversary Getaway

Hubby and I came to the mountains to get away for our wedding anniversary. The primary reason why I booked this cabin was for the view. And the photos on the listing didnt do it justice. The view from the back porch is phenomenal. 10/10. One issue we did have was the AC. It was struggling pretty hard to keep up with the heat during the day. The back bedroom was very uncomfortable at night because it was so hot. We ended up having to sleep with the window open, which sucked when the sun came up at 7am. We did find a box fan, and we turned the celing fan on, but both were just circling the warm air around the room. Add 2 bodies in the queen bed pished against the wall and we were sweating. So we had to sleep with the window open. We have 4 small dogs that accompanied us on the trip, and we loved being able to bring them with us. The property is very dog friendly. We knew they would be safe if we left them alone for a couple of hours while we went to Leavenworth. We did discover the town of Plain. We went to the Plain Winery and enjoyed the food truck. I would recommend this propery to my friends and family. I would also rebook in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time. I surprised my boyfriend with a trip for his birthday. Honestly, we got lost on the way, following the directions provided. They're horribly written directions. The hot tub didn't seem to be ON, although it was still warm. And despite all of the signs there actually weren't any instructions specific to that hot tub. The fire pit was out of propane, or the top was screwed on too tight, we would've needed tools to loosen it. And what a horribly uncomfortable bed. I actually couldn't wait to get back home to sleep in my own bed. My boyfriend's sentiments were the same since we both left with bad neckaches and backaches. Also, the location was at least 20 minutes away from the town of Leavenworth, which would've been good to know when I made that reservation.
