As soon as you enter the first floor of the two story condo, the beauty is front and center – every room is professionally decorated, making for a quite charming appearance. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious, with all white limestone and Mediterranean blue tile. It also has a full bathroom; shower and tub. Also on the first floor is the first guest bedroom. The guest room has a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower room.

The second story will take your breath away as you walk up the winding marble staircase to the main floor of the condo. The upstairs includes a large Ocean View balcony where you and your guests can enjoy alfresco dining and a refreshing ocean breeze. A gourmet kitchen will accompany all of your cooking needs. The kitchen includes a Blue Viking Range, beautiful marble countertops, and all of the cooking essentials. A second guest room is also located on the second floor; with a queen Bed. And TV. 1/2 bath .

Beautifully decorated, every room in the condo is a treat to visit. Professionally decorated rooms include the finest finishes, plasma televisions with premium cable, and fine linens that accompany every bed. Other amenities are also available to our guests. Use our exclusive underground parking spot ! Grab our beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, and take a relaxing bike ride to the beach. We have five bicycles available for your use. One thing is certain: the condo has comparable quality to that of a five star hotel.

Aside from the beautiful condo, the Bird Rock neighborhood is certainly a special place. Walk down the street and find some of La Jolla’s finest dining and shopping experiences. Fabulous restaurants of all varieties will keep your taste buds and palate guessing. Just a short bike ride down the boardwalk and you will arrive at the wonderfully relaxing Catamaran Spa. Take some time for yourself, and use guest passes which can be provided for a nominal fee. Other attractions nearby include the world-famous Seaworld, downtown San Diego, Lego-Land, Del Mar Race Track, and the renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course (which hosted the U.S. Open only a few years ago, and other PGA Tour events annually). You are also close to a number of beautiful, local beaches: Windansea Beach, Tourmaline Beach, and the Mission Beach Boardwalk. A CVS drug store is also conveniently located right next door.

You’ll feel at home, as notes with all of our favorite restaurants, attractions, and instructions are right at your fingertips. You will also have the luxury of using our long-time housekeeper, Laura, as maid service can be provided when needed.
