Great location, just steps to the beach. The place was exceptionally clean, and above-and-beyond stocked with everything you could possibly need (beach towels, kitchen supplies, extra blankets, etc.). We especially appreciated the baby gear! The house had a baby bath seat, high chair, pack & play, kids utensils and plates, and even baby gates for the stairs. For 4 adults and two kids, we had ample space to hang out around the house inside & out. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

House had more than enough space for our grandbabies to move around without feeling crowded. My mom uses a walker and also had plenty of room utilizing her walker. All essentials were provided. The walls adjacent to the house above us are thin, you can hear people moving around upstairs and talking. Beach is literally steps away from this beautiful home. Nicole responded to my questions I had promptly prior to us vacationing here.

Great location. Upstairs can be noisy if kids are running around. Requirements for cleaning and leaving the place in perfect order was very strict to get deposit back.

Beautifully remodeled duplex just two houses from sand with partial view of beach from front yard and upstairs deck. Comfy beds and the sound of ocean waves through the window made for dreamy sleeping. Walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed our relaxing stay this week and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and house, steps away from the beach and many other locations we visited. There were a few minor power issues due to local work, but the hosts were quick to respond to issues we repoted. We would stay there again.

Ideal location between beach and bay.

Clean, comfortable space with all needed amenities. We split our days between the beach and bay and enjoyed bike rides to Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, and over the bridge.

What an absolute gem, literally 5 seconds walk to the beach. Everything you need is supplied, plenty of kitchen utensils, kitchen towel, washing liquid, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, beach chairs, beach toys. There is parking along the side but this was a bit tight with the size of the vehicle we had so we used the garage. Nicole was the perfect host answering any questions we had promptly. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and Sea World is about 8 minute drive away. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely book again when should we return to San Diego. Thank you Nicole for such a pleasant stay

The place is really clean. Really close to beach. We did beach wedding here. It was perfect. So close to the beach. The shops are within walking distance. Great places to eat and get coffee nearby.

Beach house paradise!

It was perfect for our family get-away. We had everything we needed and so perfectly located within walking/biking distance of just about everything we needed. The area was quiet when it was supposed to be and you could hear the ocean just a few steps away. The house was very clean as well. Loved it and will return.

Beautiful beachouse

This house was absolutely perfect. Perfect proximity to the best part of mIssion Beach. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. The only thing missing was a can opener (which we bought and left with the house). It was a bit noisy when the upstairs guests arrived, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Thanks for a perfect San Diego vacation!

We had an incredible week at this Mission Beach house! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity you could possibly need — from beach gear to a fully stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps to the sand and walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk.The home itself was comfortable, modern, and perfectly set up for relaxing after a day at the beach. You can tell the owners and management team really care about their guests — everything was thoughtfully organized and easy to use. The management company was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless.We’ve stayed at plenty of rentals over the years, and this one truly stood out. Perfect location, great communication, and everything you could ask for in a beach getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic Home on Mission Beach

We’ve stayed in MB before but this was our first experience in a rental that really felt like home and not just a repainted apartment. Certainly was a step up in $$ which was evident in the quality. Being down the beach meant quieter airplane traffic which was noticeable. Parking was primo. Great beach access, the second floor deck and main patio were wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. Sept 5 very comfortably. Two cousins shared a room with day bed with a trundle which was tight quarters but they like each other so it worked out fine for a holiday. Highly recommended.

It was a nice home. Wish the second bathroom had a working shower and we were confused with the coin laundry detail in the description. We emailed about the second bathroom not having a working shower but didn’t get a response. When we arrived it was very stuffy and hot. Overall though it was a good location, clean and we enjoyed the house.
