🏙✈You will be a 5 minutes to the Mall of America - St Paul/Minneapolis Airport

🧻We start guests off with a generous amount of essentials, we do not restock after our starter items (toiletries, etc) have run out. We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental

House Rules/Other Notes:

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance- front door, backyard, and driveway for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund

Parking: 3 Vehicles Max. Do not park in our grass. Vehicles can park in our driveway and on the public street only in front of our rental.



🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up. Our garbage day is Monday

🏡 Quiet hours 7:30AM-10PM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.


🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required

The location of this property is great. It’s easy to get to everywhere and in a rather quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was great and for a winter stay it was nice that it’s so close to the back door and still feels quiet. Also love that they provided coffee. The communication from this host was lacking. I was receiving messages from Vrbo that I should’ve heard from the host 72 hours before our stay. I finally contacted them at 5pm the night before our stay. I didn’t hear anything by 830 day of so contacted Vrbo. While I was waiting for them to get back to me I heard from the host that I’d get info before checkin. This is fine but I’m pretty sure I only heard from them because I contacted Vrbo. Check out instructions were provided late in the day the day before checkout. That’s fine but I guess I don’t understand why it isn’t just sent immediately so we can keep up on those things. The back door code did not work. I did not contact the host but probably should have. The front walk was not shoveled at all and very dangerous for Minnesota weather. Some of the pictures of the listing were mislabeled which affected our sleep situation a bit. The half bath doesn’t have a picture and it isn’t the most appealing. The shelf in the shower is so unlevel it doesn’t hold anything well. The house suited our needs but definitely needs some more cosmetic work as well. Overall this was a fine rental but definitely feels more like an after thought than a lot of others i have stayed at.

Great family getaway

We picked this property because it seemed very accommodating for a family with young children. Children loved the play room and yard. Very welcoming hosts and comfortable stay. I will absolutely be looking for this property next time we come to MN!

Great Property with Amazing Hot Tub and Excellent Location

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property is located super close to the Mall of America. The house is well equipped and has everything needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Great little house near the airport - BONUS Hot Tub!!

Everything was perfect for our week at MSP, and communication with Connie was great. Hot tub was a huge bonus after a long work day. Thanks for everything, I really hope this house is available the next time we are in Minneapolis.

Home away from home

Host was quick to reply, quick action, great communicator, very honorable, upfront, awesome host. I will be a repeat customer. House was big enough for my family. Fully furnished, We didn’t need anything except dryer sheets, food and our clothes. The layout was so inviting and cool. Hot tub was great! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We went to many attractions and very easy to get to. Will recommend to my friends and family. 5 star all the way.
