Note: Three-story home has a private owner’s suite on the lower level with a separate entrance. Guests have exclusive use of upper floors and two dedicated parking spaces on the shared driveway.

THE SPACE

Bedrooms: Each room offers several options, including queen-and-twin bed arrangements, to accommodate all guests comfortably. The main-floor master bedroom features an en-suite walk-in shower with a seat for added convenience.

Kitchen: A large, fully equipped space with an island, granite countertops, and ample cabinets, perfect for preparing meals for your large group.

Dining includes two areas: an informal kitchen table with bench seats and a formal dining room arranged for an afternoon tea. Both spaces have large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide lake views.

Living Areas: This home features a main living room with a 65” Smart HDTV, a gas fireplace, a dedicated workspace, and an upper-floor lounge, ensuring comfort for all!

Features: Hardwood floors, elegant wood trim, large windows that fill the rooms with natural light, in-unit laundry, and central air conditioning.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy the front yard and stone patio with breathtaking views of Lake Phalen. Grill on the charcoal BBQ or relax around the stainless-steel smokeless Solo Stove fire pit while watching sunsets, stars, or — on rare lucky nights — the Aurora Borealis over the lake.

Parking: Convenient shared driveway accommodating two guest cars, with additional free street parking nearby. The owner’s suite uses a separate portion of the driveway.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests shall have private and exclusive use of the first and second floors of the residence, the front yard, and the stone patio overlooking the lake.

The lower level contains the owner’s private suite with its own independent entrance. Guests do not have access to the lower-level Owner’s Suite, the backyard patio, or the attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared interior spaces.

Entry: Seamless self-check-in with a personalized electronic door code. A private entrance is available via the three-season porch.

Requirements

To ensure a smooth check-in, a signed Rental Agreement and government-issued photo ID are required for all reservations. These are processed securely via a trusted third-party system. The Responsible Guest (25 or older) must sign the Rental Agreement before check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. This “value-added service” ensures you’re charged only for the actual number of guests, rather than a flat rate for the entire home. We are happy to adjust the rate if your guest count changes after booking — just let us know. We strive to be flexible and accommodating.

• We require a $195 preauthorization on your credit card, which will be released 7 days after checkout unless there are any damages or additional charges.
