1344 square foot farm house just 10 minutes south of Port Clinton and 20 minutes from public boat ramps. Overlooks restored wetlands where ducks, geese, swans, eagles and deer frequent. Great retreat for fisherman with ample boat parking, fish cleaning table and outside electric. Picnic table, outside furniture, fire ring, gas grill and deep fryer provided.

Greg was awesome. Beds comfortable after long day of fishing. We appreciated the fishing intel from Greg and the box freezer was awesome. Greg also delivered extra drinking water for cooler. These accommodations were perfect for our fishing trip. Will recommend to friends planning fishing trips.

Great access time to Boat launch

Stayed for a weekend fishing trip. Property and house were comfortable and cool. New windows and A/C kept us nice and cool on 95° + days. Plenty of room to spread out in a nice farmhouse setting. Will stay again for our Erie walleye trips. Thanks Gregg

Cute and quiet!

We all enjoyed this cute little farmhouse in a quiet country setting. It was a short drive to Fremont and Port Clinton. The home was cozy and had all we needed for our family trip. Check-in and check-out were the easiest of any rental we’ve ever used, without a lengthy list of things to do or keep up with. The host was very quick to respond to my messages. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Fishing trip

Great property for a few guys on a fishing trip! Plenty of space to park a couple of pickups n boats. A very handy fish cleaning station with lights, outlets and a roof. The owner was very accommodating and helpful! Gas station just 200yrds down the road and a Bar n grill just a skip farther. Will be looking to rent again next fishing trip to Erie.

Highly recommended Camp Perry rental home

My family booked this rental home primarily for its proximity to Camp Perry. Check in and check out were easy and efficient. Beddings and towels were clean and plush. The living room is a haven for relaxation. And the kitchen was well equipped for the needs of a family. But the best thing about this property is the owner, who is very responsive and accommodating, and has gone over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! We highly recommend this vacation home, especially for those wanting close access to Camp Perry!

Fishing fun

We were looking for a country place to stay while on our spring fishing trip. I was surprised at the convenient location to Catawba Island. A short 15 minute drive put us at our charter. With only four in our party the bedrooms were sufficient. The bathroom was clean. We could tell that the owner had made a serious effort to make our stay pleasant. The outdoor, covered and lighted fish cleaning station was a definite plus!
