Long Sands Beach Cottage Near Nubble Lighthouse

Great vacation cottage with just a short walk (5 minutes) to Long Sands Beach in York Beach, Maine! This compact vacation property features an open first floor plan with sofa, dining table, and kitchen (no dishwasher).

A 3/4 bathroom includes a stacked washer/dryer, and the bedroom on the first floor includes a full-sized bed. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the remaining two bedrooms, one with full-sized bed and the other with a trundle bed (two twins).

Spend your days at the beach and return to rinse off at the outdoor shower. A gas grill, deck with table/chairs, parking for 2 cars tandem-style, cable TV, internet, ceiling fans, and two mini split AC units (one downstairs and one in the upstairs primary bedroom).

No pets, no smoking. Please note that this is a Friday to Friday rental, and linens and towels are not included (hand and kitchen towels as well as bed comforters and pillows will be provided).

White, small but comfortable cottage

The cottage is in a tiny neighborhood with families who also rent. The house has a medium size deck with picnic table and 2 Adirondacks. The interior is compact but has everything a cook would need, 3 bedrooms and a tiny living/dining room. The realtor was so helpful and always available if you text her. We had beautiful weather and some rain drops but there was only a two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!
