Disney Family Trip

Property is nice; however I wish there were a few additional amenities. Pool is great but not heated. It was too cold for us to use. Cleaning crew could do a more thorough job. And more towels please .

Absolutely terrible, bloody boogers on the wall next to the master toilet. Shower towel had fake eyelashes stuck to it. Went to get another towel from the linen closet had a brown orange stain on it and holes warn through it. Dusgusting dirty base boards. The whole tub had black mold in the caulking. Vanitiy tops were gross and dirty. Food on the light switch in the dinning room. One of my kids walked around without his shoes on and his feet were almost black on the undersides. Stains on the blinds above the kitchen sink. Blow up house had stains on it. Door to the guest bath had a huge chunk of paint peeled off on both sides. Cracked mirror in the guest bathroom. Alot of the disney pictures and charectors on the walls were stripped off, words were incomplete. Cobwebs in the corners. Ceiling fan blades absolutely filthy.I contacted VRBO and they contacted the manager of the property. They said theres wasnt anything they could do to refund as the owners were out of town for another week. I waited and contacted 10 days later. Never got a response. I told them i needed a resolution to the charges in 48 hours or was going to put a stop on my credit card and write a bad review. That was 5 days ago, so here is my review.

The house was not clean at all. Walls had idk what on them, the kitchen items were filthy, ALL kitchen items (bowls, forks, knifes (if you could call them that), old and janky pots and pans. Quality of everything was not worth the cost. We were looking forward to spending the day having the kids swim and make food, so we didn't have to spend so much out. There were rotting fruit everywhere outside and flies. The garbage's were all full as well and we arrived on garbage day, overflowing and ridden with insects. I did a lot of cleaning when I arrived prior to the rest of my family. I would not recommend this place. I tried contacting the host about 3 different issues as I did not want to charged for certain wrong doings and no response at all. Not during or after. It was a play to sleep and shower that was about it all the amenities they promised something was wrong. No ping pong balls, had to buy our own for the kids, the pool with the rotting fruit everywhere, oh also the pool needs to be resurfaced all the kids had raw bleeding feet. Not recommended.
