House had plenty of room for my extended family of 10. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans - no trouble making Christmas dinner for all of us. Minor wear and tear on some cabinets and carpet but didn’t affect us having a great time. Host was very responsive to our questions and even allowed us a later checkout. Overall great stay!!

We did not use the pool, but enjoyed sitting outside around the pool for appetizers and conversation. A great area for all to gather together.The location is great - easy walk to coffee shops, Ralph's, bakeries, etc. The kitchen was one of the BEST - Lots of glasses, dishes, utensils,, dinnerware, seasonings, and cookware. The host was great to work with. He met us upon our arrival and took us through the house. I only had a minor question or two to contact him for during our stay and he responded quickly. I would rebook again.
