Or perhaps consider a group yoga session with our 10 provided yoga mats. The expansive outdoor spaces offer the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. Don't forget about Pickleball! Just a mile down the road there are 8 public courts with lights so you can play at night! The home provides 12 paddles and balls for you to borrow!

The home is located just minutes from the I-70, I-76, and US-36.

Parking:
➣ Short driveway in front of the home which can fit 2 cars
➣ Long driveway on the side of the home with access to backyard which can fit 4 cars
➣ Plenty of street parking in front of the house and across the street

Guests will be provided with a unique door code to access the home during their stay.

*** This home is ideal for large groups: families, groups of friends, etc. We want you to have a wonderful and memorable experience! However, we do ask that you be respectful of the home and our neighbors. Music must be kept to a reasonable volume in the backyard so as to not disturb the neighbors. If your group is loud or rowdy, this space is not for you. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes both inside and outside of the home. If cigarettes, or other smoking implements are found on the property, a minimum $1,000 fine will be imposed. ***
