We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Inside, soft lighting, spacious rooms, and thoughtful touches make this Arvada retreat a haven for family gatherings, cozy weekends, and productive stays.

Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms and six beds. Upstairs, four private bedrooms feature soft linens, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades. Downstairs, a suite with twin XL Murphy beds offers additional sleeping space, separated by curtains for privacy. An air mattress provides extra flexibility when needed.

Entertainment & leisure
The heart of the home is a full-featured movie theater with reclining sofas and a large Smart TV, ideal for winter movie marathons. The game room brings everyone together with a mix of classics and modern fun, including a game console, air hockey, and board games. For quieter moments, the KidzKorner invites little ones to read or play while you unwind nearby.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard designed for year-round comfort. Even in the chillier months, the hot tub provides the perfect spot to soak under clear Colorado skies, and the fire pit creates an inviting glow for s’mores and conversation. Patio furniture and a BBQ grill await warmer days, making this outdoor space a gathering point in any season.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, complete with modern appliances and cooking basics. Gather at the dining table that seats twelve or enjoy coffee by the fire before a day of exploring. With a washer, dryer, and plenty of essentials provided, longer stays feel effortless.

Work & wellness
Two dedicated workstations with high-speed WiFi make it easy to stay connected, while the home gym with exercise equipment and nearby trails keeps routines on track. After a day outdoors, the indoor fireplace sets the tone for peaceful evenings in.

Neighborhood
Located in a quiet, family-friendly area, this home is steps from the Ralston Creek Trail and a short drive from Olde Town Arvada’s local shops and cafes. Downtown Denver, Golden, and Red Rocks Amphitheater are within easy reach, offering plenty to see and do between restful nights by the fire.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
