We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 13 guests with flexibility for families and groups. Five private bedrooms upstairs are prepared with soft linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets for restful nights. On the lower level, twin XL Murphy beds are tucked behind curtains for added privacy, while an air mattress provides additional sleeping options. Extra pillows and blankets ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Entertainment and relaxation
The dedicated theater room features a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas, creating an immersive movie experience. The game room offers Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade favorites including Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. Board games and a swinging chair provide spaces for all ages, while children will love the KidzKorner filled with bean bags, books, and plush toys.

Outdoor living
Step into a backyard designed for gathering and unwinding. The hot tub, with seating for up to 10, invites long soaks beneath the night sky. A fire pit sets the stage for conversations that last into the evening, and the patio offers outdoor dining and a BBQ grill for shared meals. Comfortable furniture completes the setting for time spent outdoors.

Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, with appliances including a blender, rice maker, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics and ample cookware are provided, and the dining table seats 12, encouraging everyone to enjoy meals together. The outdoor dining area adds another option when the weather is welcoming.

Work and wellness
Two dedicated workstations with monitors and natural light support remote work, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected. For wellness, the home gym includes a punching bag, weights, a rowing machine, and yoga mats. Walking and biking trails nearby offer another way to stay active during your stay.

Family-friendly touches
Families will appreciate thoughtful amenities including a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and table corner guards. Toys, books, and babysitter recommendations make traveling with children easier and more enjoyable.

Just steps from Ralston Creek Trail and close to Arvada Blunn Reservoir and Apex Park, you’ll find kayaking, hiking, and climbing nearby. Golden, Denver, Red Rocks, and Boulder are all a short drive, offering a variety of day trips and adventures.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
