Superbe duplex en bord de mer
Right by the beach, restaurants and amenities, and part of the historic Art Deco building "Le Palais de la Plage", a 50 m2 duplex apartment consisting of on the ground floor an entrance, a bathroom, a kitchen/ living /dining room with French windows opening onto a terrace and private garden with sea view. Upstairs we find a hallway, a toilet and then two bedrooms, one with two bunk beds and washbasin and the other with a double bed, balcony with sea view. To note: No WiFi, no washing machine.
