Bad neighborhood area

The property inside is beautiful awesome and they clean the only bad thing. It’s full of sugar ants, When I got there, AC was completely broke, The property manager was there in route and this is respectful and made allegation threats against me. I will never stay in this property. It’s a bad neighborhood and I drove 4 1/2 hours from Miami and the property manager. Wanted to just give me a one time 50% off for one night instead of the entire three nights, I will not recommend anyone to stay in this property because the owner is a very disrespectful person and very rude. I can find better properties, reasonable price, and better solutions and treat people with respect and kindness

The guest checked in past 10 PM. They were a group of 15 plus one pet. Due to frequent movement in and out of the property, the air conditioning could not fully operate and maintain the desired temperature. They lodged a complaint, and we promptly sent our AC technician the following morning. To address the inconvenience, we offered a 50% discount for their first night. However, they requested a full refund instead. We take pride in our property’s upkeep and have numerous 5-star reviews across various platforms to attest to our high standards of maintenance.
