One of the bedroom sheets had hair left behind from a previous guest. The living room sofa was noticeably dirty, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. The refrigerator also had residue from prior guests. Additionally, the Master room bathtub jets were not functioning. The hot tub was ok, but it lacked lighting for nighttime relaxation. I have reviewed and stayed at many VRBOs, and this experience was not worth the price.

Regarding the pool temperature we always keep it between 80-83 degrees We would have gladly sent someone out right away to inspect and correct any issues if notified during your stay.

Very spacious house. This is actually the first rental I’ve stayed at that felt like a home. Everything else feels so staged but this felt like I was visiting family. The backyard is very fun to hang out in and don’t forget to utilize the entertainment room!!

Beautiful home with lots of beds. The pool was good but took 3 days before it was warm enough to use. Even the jacuzzi took a long time to get warm. Our group had our your grandkids who are 3 and younger. So this property is better suited for older kids.

When their group came in mid Decmeber we had a 4 day period where the Temperture overnight was in the high 30’s. This makes it impossible for the pool to maintain an 82 degree temperature even running full time. The hot tub takes no longer than 90 minutes to get hot. That is why we reccomend the guest set up a time schedule prior so we can have it hot when they want to use it. Thank you for staying with us and take care.

There are very few high-end luxury vacation rentals offered in the Tampa Bay area especially in the prime location of South Tampa (south of Kennedy north of Gandy). This home is within 5 miles of 4 beaches. 4 Miles to the convention center Tampa General Hospital and Amalie Arena, 4 Miles to Raymond James Stadium. 10 Miles from Busch gardens. The home is located in a very safe family neighborhood with hundreds of restaurants nearby. We don't allow large events or parties since this is a quiet neighborhood.
