A Grandmother recently said that the grandkids wanted to leave the rec center pool and go back to play at the fun 4B house. After their stay the grandkids asked to come back in the summer!
A family that just stayed already had two other groups wanting to book as well as their family returning for another reunion/staycation.
Last group was a Youth Group up from Arizona for General Conference that had an incredible weekend and next week is a Young Women's group coming after a leader enjoyed a stay with her extended family. Contact host for special opportunities for weekday Youth activities (e.g. sharing 4B and other miracles then youth enjoy Super Jump/climbing walls, game tables, 2-flavors of ice cream, kettle & popcorn...).

The 4B Miracle Lodge (see the printout of the amazing 4B Miracle!) is an older home with an indoor gymnasium/basketball court, game room, home theater area...
A number of updates/improvements have been made and are continuing to be made but many areas are still dated, stained, chipped, dented, unfinished (think of as bonus areas)...

The price has been reduced because of this so please do not book if you are looking for a brand-new, perfect place (other places are up to $2,000.00+ per night!). The 8 kids and the neighborhood kids/youth/scouts really did a number on the old place and even after months of work there are areas that are still dated/stained/chipped... as shown in the photos.

Most people absolutely love the space as-is with all of the unique spaces and amenities so please only book after you look at the photos and determine if it is a wonderful opportunity for you.

Thanks for being great guests. Please leave the sheets on the beds as the cleaners like to match up the sheets for washing. Used towels/washcloths,,, may be put in the washer but please don't start.
There are two garbage cans and a recycling bin (clean cardboard, plastic, aluminum... no glass or compost). There are dishwasher pods in the cabinet (let me know if they are out).

NO DRINKING PARTIES (Outside Noise Sensors), Outside quiet time from 9:45 p.m. to not wake neighbors' children. Violators must leave with no refund!

We had such a great time at the 4B Miracle Lodge! The owner was so accommodating and responsive. We booked this place a week before due to last minute changes because of our mom’s poor health. We were able to gather all six of her kids and grandkids! The kids LOVED all that was available to do and play. We appreciated how pet friendly it was too. Thank you Merrick for a great stay!

We stayed here for an church youth retreat and had a wonderful experience with the host. Merrick was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and very accommodating of our non-profit budget. He clearly cares about his guests. The indoor basketball court, soft-serve ice cream machine, and popcorn machine were huge hits and kept our group entertained the entire weekend!It is worth noting that the home is much older than it appears in the photos and is in need of some significant cosmetic updates, particularly with the carpets throughout the house. If you are looking for a high-end luxury stay, this might not be the fit, but for a large group looking for great fun amenities and a great host, this home might be a great consideration.

Such a fun location and so accommodating. After leaving all the kids said how much they wished they were still 'at that neat house.' There was plenty of room for activities, lots of space and many great memories. It was such a great time. We loved having the two kitchen areas and the outdoor space along with the gym. The kids spent hours and hours playing together and the adults were just as entertained. There was always something to do and it was great to have the family so involved with one another.

South Jordan fun house

We had a great time. The ice cream and popcorn were a hit with the kids and adults alike. The gym was a fun place with lots of activities for the kids. The Kitchen is small but we were able to get everything cooked ok to keep the 32 of us feed. Thanks for a great stay .

This property is honestly amazing for any and all events. The host had it clean and ready to go for our birthday party. From the ice cream to the sound system there was plenty of options to entertain all age groups.

Perfect place for large groups! I booked this house for my women's football team for the weekend and it was perfect for reviewing film in the theater area, eating together in the dining area, and the game room, gym, and outdoor areas were fantastic for using our free time. The ice cream and popcorn machines were a nice touch. Merrick was hospitable and easy to communicate with. Definitely everything you want in a host!

Robbins Family Reunion

Our family is planning a reunion and we need a home big enough to house for our four oldest children and their children to stay, we were happy to find this house with all the amenities. We are grateful for the game room and for the basketball grateful for the pool table, air hockey table the gym, the TV where the kids played video games with each other, and the karaoke machine had lots of fun singing along We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Wonderful for the Family

This was a wonderful place to house our entire family for a wedding. We had 4 families all under the same roof which is very difficult to do affordably. This was the perfect place. The owner was awesome and went out of his way to assist us. He came over to help with the climbing wall and the jump lines, which was a highlight of the stay. The ice cream and the popcorn was a very nice touch. The only reason that I cannot give this an overall 5 star review, and I know the owner is working on it, but the house was in need considerable maintenence and repair. Overall the house was outdated, the carpets were stained and need replacing, some of the couches had considerable damage (looked like a cat had scratched several of them considerably), there were project supplies laying around on the back porch (old fencing, tools, etc), which was a safety concern for the toddlers, a broken mirror, holes in the ceiling where bathroom fans used to be, etc. I look forward to staying here again once all the updates are made and the place is cleaned up a bit.

Incredibly unclean

Our stay here was awful, the host is intrusive, he was on the property while we were there with children. He was trying to access the internet modem while we were in the house, he was clearly using surveillance that was not disclosed to us. The kitchen smelled like dead mice, we found mouse poop on counters, the ceiling is peeling off, the walls are falling apart, and the carpets are disgusting. He continued to message me asking for a 5 star review, this place shouldn't be listed as a rental, it is a health hazard.

All of the other reviews are 10 Stars so maybe she didn’t like the undeniable 4B miracle. For the FREE ice cream, she insisted I take an afternoon to get fresh dairy ice cream instead of using the non-dairy mix. As I live in the missionary apartment on the other side of the garage that I donated for years, there is a smart doorbell for deliveries. When the pizzas arrived I preheated the oven to keep them warm as her group’s arrival was delayed. Apparently they don’t like smart smoke detectors because they unplugged the internet so I was unable to work or print orders for days:-(. The previous group set off those smoke detectors and spilled some seafood liquid into the stove/oven. I told Aimee we were cleaning it (I paid extra to have them clean it 4 times!) and installing a new ceiling fan (sorry if I missed any debris when I cleaned twice with disinfecting wipes). Twice she suggested they would fix the internet but they didn’t plug it back in until the last day when they were leaving and asked for the password (“choosetheright”). Even with all the extra time and expense she insisted I do for FREE, the extra service, the lost days of work… I told her I planned on giving her 5 Stars. I informed her I left her 5 Stars as promised and made improvements so guests can unplug the internet without issues (except doorbell/outside security camera/smoke detectors will be offline). Unfortunately, right after she left the worst possible review with inaccurate information:-(.

The host was kind and very easy to reach. The property is older, but was one of the cheaper rentals in the Salt Lake Valley for the space available. The kitchen was smaller than expected. The sport court in the basement was a lot of fun. I feel like overall, it is a great value for the money.

I served at the Utah Boys Ranch (ask about the amazing Boys Ranch Miracles) and as scout/youth leader for decades. After a back injury and surprise divorce the children moved Back East:-(. I now live in the side missionary apartment I donated for years to the missionaries until the court ordered me to move over. The main house is now a vacation rental so the children can return to the security of their 4B Miracle home any time they visit.

It is extremely important that you have a 5-Star Stay (anything less is not acceptable) so please let me know immediately of any issues or whatever I may do to make your stay amazing:-).
