Our Bay House-Your Home Away from Home

Make memories at this non smoking and family-friendly place located at Chesapeake Ranch Estates. This cozy, beautiful and fully updated home has 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds and 2 full baths is ready to accommodate a family of 5 comfortably (max of 8-w/ add. charge).Modern kitchen and WIFI are available.
This place has access to 2 Chesapeake Bay private beaches- Driftwood Beach and Seahorse Beach as well as Lake Lariat all within 3-5 min drive from the property. Activities include swimming, kayaking (provide your own), hiking (trails are available) boating (there is a boat launching area for electric boat at the lake) and biking (bring your own). Passes to avail these amenities are included in the rental. The 2 private beaches has wooden tables with benches and charcoal grills that you can use on a FCFS basis. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the water. parking right at the 2 beaches is a plus.
There is also a park available for children to play and a basketball court next to the lake.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Strip used bed sheets and pillow cases from beds and ran. Load them in washer and ran one load. Please do not overload.
Please gather used towels and place them in hamper on top of the washer or dryer.
Please return passes on top of the fireplace and the key in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If possible, take shoes off and leave them in the coat/mud room- first door to the right as you go in the house.
For liability and safety reasons, all guests must be registered. Unapproved guest/s are not allowed at the property. A quick visit is allowed.

Why they chose this property

This property is found at the Chesapeake Ranch Estates in Lusby Md. We are about 8 minutes away from Calvert Cliffs State Park and 10 minutes away from Solomons Island. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. A few minutes drive, you will be at the beach or restaurants and other establishments. The area is wooded and if you are lucky, you might get a visit from a family of deer right at the backyard or you may see them walking on the road. If you like to ride bikes, you can around the neighborhood safely since the road we are on is not busy.
