This is in the ghetto and in the middle of a chicken coop.

This guest was charged back for smoking in our unit disabling the smoke detector and checking out almost an hour past check-out and did not follow check out procedures...and this review is being challenged as retaliatory for the charges submitted. We would warn you about hosting this guest.
